I thoroughly enjoy this Airbnb and I will definitely be back booking at the same place. My only issue was Our Airbnb was on the second floor and there was no type of elevator or anything of that sort. It was just all stairs and it was very difficult for me and my friend to bring up our suitcases up the stairs and then also bring them down when it’s time to leave. It was very inconvenient and I wish that the Airbnb host would’ve clarified that they’re only stairs. Also another thing issue was the bathroom, every time someone showered the floor was flooding like the water was everywhere. The bathmat was soaking wet. The water was going into the hallway into the rooms. It was very, very dangerous because I slipped and my friend did as well. Overall, it was an extremely safe neighborhood and it was literally a one minute walk to the beach and very close to old San Juan and San Juan.

El apartamento es muy lindo, cómodo y estaba super limpio. La ubicación es excelente, queda cerca de todo y fue muy fácil movernos y encontrar lugares para comer. Además, la zona es muy tranquila.
También me gustó que el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar.
Great spot for 3 people
Great spot for 3 people. Private bedrooms. open concept with the rest. Nice balcony with views. Nice private pool. Hosts were responsive and allowed us to use their floats and beach chairs for the beach. 2 blocks away. Everything was walking distance. Great location to enjoy the area and private enough to be out of the limelight.

The property is in an excellent location. The common areas are amazing, and the pool is very refreshing. There is parking available for certain units, but I used Uber. The host was very helpful all the time.

Not sure. The property was very well kept. It was extremely clean. Really, I don’t have complaints. Will be visiting again soon.

The host is extremely responsive like “did they ever sleep?” level responsive. From booking to checkout to after I left. They were super helpful with all my questions and requests. I even asked for two items that were listed but not in the apartment, and they had someone deliver them the next day. I worked from the apartment and the WiFi was solid. The bedroom was very clean, and the bed was well made when I arrived. The pillows were okay.. kind of flat, but still fine for me. If you prefer firm pillows, you might find them uncomfortable! FYI It can get loud outside from tourists, cars, and general vacation chaos. The laundry shop next door also wakes up very early and does not believe in silence. I just accepted it as part of the “Puerto Rico morning soundtrack” lol Location is honestly the best part. Less than 5 min walking distance to the beach, bars, resto, etc.

Great location walking distance from the amazing Condado Beach and other great shops and restaurants. Between a 10 min drive to Old San Juan and 35 min drive to Luquillo and the National Forest, it was the perfect location for us! Otium was proactive in responses, never waiting more than 10 mins for information and was extremely helpful the whole week we were there! The location was full of great restaurants but with that the noise was a bit much on a few nights from the bar next door, but other than that it was solid. The furniture was minimal and the beds could be updated but perfect for just sleeping and being out the whole day exploring. It’s listed for 4 ppl however the walls are thin and no living room so expect it to be cramped and limited privacy but it was perfect for just us two. Overall I would recommend this apartment to my friends and would stay again!

No tengo quejas de este alojamiento, desde el inicio de la reserva todo fue excelente, la comunicación con el equipo de Otium fue rápida y efectiva, el lugar es tal cual las imágenes, excelente alojamiento y la ubicación super accesible. Lo único lo cual pude tener inconvenientes fue con la red wifi, sugiero puedan contar con un expansor de red en el apartamento para que la conexión sea estable pero por lo demás todo fue magnífico

Our family had a wonderful day for my daughter‘s sweet 16. Perfect location walkable to the beach. Anything else we needed was close by. Perfect location to hit all the best local beaches. Washer and dryer came in super handy. The place was clean just had a little issue with the hot water, but he took care of that Immediately. The balcony was perfect for the evenings to unwind. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon. Thanks for a great stay
Wow, I can’t say enough about the beautiful view
Wow, I can’t say enough about the beautiful view. The location was central enough to walk or get a quick uber everywhere we needed and we felt safe. We walked to different place for breakfast every morning. The beach is walking distance as well. It was clean quiet and just what we needed. The host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend this Otium stay!!

Resort-style setting with the comfort of apartment living. The large pool never feels crowded, and the beachfront location is unbeatable—just a few steps from the pool to the sand. Apartment is conveniently located a few blocks from a grocery store and a great selection of restaurants with diverse cuisine options. While the apartment wasn’t oceanfront, the city view was still very nice and enjoyable.

Las habitaciones son diferentes a lo que a nuestra en fotos. En realidad hay poca iluminación natural, el edificio es algo descuidado por adentro, y las habitaciones están bien pero siento que podrían haber mejores opciones por un precio similar. La limpieza del lugar al llegar fue algo cuestionable.

This was a fantastic 5-star experience in every sense. We had a great stay from start to finish! The thoughtful extras in the kitchen made it feel like home. Perfect oceanfront location. The photos matched perfectly. We happily stay here again! Would definitely recommend!

Sistema de check-in horrible… Pese a confirmar la hora de llegada varias veces al llegar nos tienen media hora en la calle xq desde seguridad no consiguen contactar con el propietario ( protocolo de la comunidad). Nos cuentan que es muy frecuente con este propietario y que hemos tenido suerte de esperar solo media hora. Sin embargo en el check out a las 11 h ya los teníamos picando a la puerta para que nos fuéramos.

We had a fantastic stay in Puerto Rico. Excellent location 2 mins from Condado beach. A variety of Restaurants nearby and not far from The Airport or the lively centre. The apartment was clean and had good amenities including coffee machine & air fryer. All rooms were air conditioned and there were arcade games in the lobbies.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be using Otium again.

My friend and i came for a quick trip and it was a pretty decent stay. Beds were comfy, the place was clean, theres laundry in unit. I can say the pictures looked more modern than what we walked in to. The only slight complaint i had was the shower, it didnt get very warm and takes some time to heat up if it does. The outdoor shower near the pool area has hot water. They provide beach chairs and blankets too which is nice. Over all a decent stay!

Our stay here was good. It looks exactly like the pictures, although the rooms and single/twin beds were definitely smaller than the pics. The decor was beautiful and snacks they provided were very nice! The balcony is amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our time hanging out there. The popcorn machine was an added bonus which we loved! The master suite with bath is amazing – so spacious!
A few areas could be improved upon and should be noted to possible future guests: The instructions were not very clear (parking, where the pool was, tvs and wifi didn’t work, etc). I did reach out for support and the host was kind and responsive. They only had 2 little beach chairs for the entire house, which was a bummer. The beach is definitely a longer walk than the pictures would lead you to believe. It really is a hike, and we are active people. There was only one small beach towel and a bath towel provided per guest, so we had to do laundry daily to have fresh towels.

The location was great and in close proximity to all the activities/attractions we visited. The views from the balcony were beautiful. My girls and I truly enjoyed our stay here. A big plus was the host was quick to respond and resolve any issues that arose.
Loved this stay
Loved this stay! The hosts were extremely responsive and supportive of any of our needs. Any concerns that were presented were addressed and questions were answered. The place is a very short walk away from almost being a beach front property. There was so much great food in walkable distance. All of the amenities worked as expected and the even had a Nintendo Switch and games to play! We did learn that too many people couldn’t shower at the same time because it used up the hot water quickly, so be mindful if you have a group staying. Would absolutely stay here again or book one of their other properties! Check them out.
