It was an excellent decision to stay here. As soon as you arrive, in the common areas there is music that envelops you in the holiday spirit. The reception is very attentive, pool area and beautiful reading area, with nature. The gym is incredible, being able to enjoy it is very useful with good technogym machinery. And the spectacular, impeccable room, with the details of Ritual gel shampoo. If I could give advice on what to add to make the accommodation perfect, it would be a kitchen in the common areas to enjoy. Although in the room there was a small refrigerator and they left 2 bottles of water, which is very much appreciated. I will definitely stay at this characteristic place in the heart of San Juan again.

I had a great stay. The place was clean, the AC worked perfectly, and the WiFi connection was strong the entire time. The location is also excellent—close to everything I needed. The only thing I would suggest is adding a dresser or some kind of storage for clothes, as that was the only thing missing. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!
This is a gem!
This is a gem! Right in the heart of Old San Juan. Walking distance to great restaurants, sights, etc. Even though it is in OSJ it is inside the courtyard. So, it is very private quiet and serene. The courtyard is beautiful and you can go without ac and leave them door open to the courtyard. The building is beautiful and so is the apartment. Beautifully decorated. I highly recommend.
The Otium team was very responsive
The Otium team was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Everything matched the description they gave and Lote 23 is a food truck park walking distance away, which we really enjoyed. We did have a problem seeing little roaches in the bedrooms on our first night which put us on edge, but they said they would look into it, so hopefully it was a one-time thing. Overall it served the purpose we needed for our stay, and hopefully the responsive hosts will be able to address the concerns we presented to them. 4/5

We had a great stay at Otium! The space was beautiful and exactly as pictured — stylish, peaceful, and in a perfect location for exploring the area. Everything was super clean and well-maintained, with the exception of a few small stains on the bedding. That said, it didn’t take away from how comfortable and relaxing the place was overall. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We LOVED staying here.
We LOVED staying here. everything was 5 stars. Very private, very responsive and very clean. Pictures matched the vibe in person, if anything it looked better in person too. The one thing I will say is that they told us room service would come whenever we put the sign on the door, and throughout our week long stay they only came once. It sucked being out all day sight seeing and coming back to not even a bed made or sheets changed. However, that is our only complaint. Everything else was perfect.

We had a fantastic week is San Juan. This condo was close to all the action, walking distance to the beach and surrounded by lots of dinning options. The private pool was awesome and it was kept clean daily. If you wanted to stay in for a night, the kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking super easy. I highly recommend checking out any of Otium’s listing’s if your looking for something new. Cheers!!!

Great place, matched pictures exactly! Pool area is nice and peaceful. Walkable, cute courtyard, joint space but hardly saw anyone and when did friendly. Quaint place. Would definitely return. Minor challenges, trouble getting in with code and felt like we were communicating with AI, never fully solved code concern, some items left behind from previous visitors, said complimentary coffee, but none. These little items didn’t make it a bad stay just not a true 5/5.

Our stay was pleasant, it is a clean, cool, comfortable place and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. Plus, you have the beach and food spots relatively close by. Communication with the “host” was excellent, attentive, very helpful and answered questions efficiently and quickly. I definitely recommend the place.
Felt right at home
Felt right at home, the whole team made us feel like we were visiting a relatives or close friends, we will rate the communication top notch, loved our welcome kit and the postcard, very thoughtful. The apt is located on a 20th floor with views of San Juan, very clean, spacious, it even has beach chairs, coolers, tennis racquets. Bathroom and room were impecable. Walking distance to pretty much everything and quick uber rides to Old San Juan; if you are just staying around the area no car is needed when it comes to renting one, as I mentioned before, walkable distance to restaurants and local beach, and Ubers are very cheap when going into Old San Juan or the airport.

Our stay was enjoyable overall. The parking area is quite tight to go in and out of, we encountered issues with other guests blocking the entrance. However, Optium was quick to respond to messages and resolve the situation. We stayed in Apartment 3, which has a spiral staircase right at the entrance—tall guests should be cautious, as my husband bumped his head very hard multiple times. Other apartments don’t have this staircase placement, so it’s less of a concern. The house is beachfront, but the beach was unfortunately way too dirty to enjoy, preventing us from relaxing there and the house being on the beach is the only reason I rented this house.

Almost everything. Spacious, well stocked, access to pool and the beach. We basically had the beach all to ourselves. Super quiet and great value for money and reasonably close to San Juan, El Yunke, and Luquillo beach. Management promptly helped with some minor issues we had at the beginning.”

I would highly recommend staying here!! Easy access to a beautiful, peaceful beach that never felt overcrowded. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and a cheap uber to Old San Juan! The Airbnb itself was in pristine condition, beautiful pool, and kitchen supplied with everything you’d need. My group is already talking about staying again next year!
