The Weekender by Otium
The Weekender by Otium contributed to an overall great experience for my first solo trip. Had a beautiful room and wonderful scenery. The hotel is less than 15 min away driving to and from the airport. It’s also walking distance to the beach and restaurants. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing time I would highly recommend.
I enjoyed my stay here
I enjoyed my stay here so much the staff was amazing, and everything was as advertised. Everything was so easy and the location is perfect. The bartender made amazing drinks and i spent alot of time in the pool which was never crowded. The location is also extremely convenient alot of the restaurants and stores i wanted to visit were a walk away most of the time

This place was a sanctuary! Very relaxing, great location, close to beautiful beach, clean! My only issue was the bathrooms don’t have doors which was a little challenging with using the restroom. There was a bathroom by pool we would switch off using which was fine but def something to be aware of! Also the bar and pool were perfect additions to the whole vibe of the hotel! Highly recommend

Fantastic place to stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone going to San Juan. The location in Condado was perfect, 10/10. Extremely responsive and helpful hosts, very professional. The place was very clean, orderly, and well decorated. Note: the pool is shared between all the rental units (I believe 7?), but no one else really used it. Would definitely stay here again. There’s a weird $25 charge through their website that is a total rip, but whatever, just add it to your budgeted Airbnb cost I guess. Overall: 9.6/10.
The 3 parking spots are shared among the residents
The 3 parking spots are shared among the residents so depending on how many other people in the other units rented cars, you may be shuffling around or need to find street parking. The gate to park was a little funky but we figured it out. The street parking wasn’t too bad at certain times but the traffic was bad and pedestrians were very annoyed at the inconvenience of us slowly directing each other into tight spots at other times. The apartment was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The linens were clean. The laundry was free but the dryer was a little slow so make sure you have plenty of time before doing laundry so you don’t take home a wet load. The shared sitting areas were nice but mosquitoes were present and accounted for. The pool was a lovely way to cool off. There’s a lot in walking distance and Ubers will cut it. Any excursions provide transport but we were glad we had the car. Plenty of hot water for showers. There’s a full kitchen. We would definitely book again!
The place was great pictures
The place was great pictures looked just like the listing. Very close to beach…. 3-5 min walk for walkers …. 10 min for slower people. Beach chairs and cooler were first come first serve, high quality. We had an issue with mosquitos but quickly had to remember we are in the islands. Most importantly the staff were very responsive so If you have a question, just send them a text. We would stay again!

Ugh , I loved this place so much ! I almost didn’t want to leave a review because I’d love to keep it as a hidden gem for myself , lol. I visit PR often and I’m always looking for a super cute commutable place to stay and the weekender is exactly that. The pictures definitely do not do it justice. The entire property is beautiful it’s in my opinion very affordable and the staff are helpful and kind. Thank you guys so much for a beautiful birthday stay!!

Was a great place to stay. The pictures definitely did more justice than it did in person but other than that the place was still comfortable. Finding the location was a bit hard, the Apple Maps did not direct us exactly to where the place was so we had to search a little bit. Entering and exiting the bnb was really easy and the owner is very communicative.

It’s not in a tourist area, and parking is a little tough to find but it was clean, quiet, and air con was great. Bathroom was clean with decent water pressure and warm water. Our only issue was trying to communicate to get some water when we lost power.

The place was beautiful. The host very responsive. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Please note that: 1. There are no screens on the windows so there are a lot of mosquitoes. 2. They do not have a generator so in case of a black out, you are in the dark with very little water (happened to us for more than 24h but they provided water gallons and there are candles). 3. The pool is shared.
This is a beautiful place to stay
This is a beautiful place to stay, it was very clean, the bed was amazingly comfortable, the shower was greatand clean, big bathroom, the kitchen has everything you need. There are lots of restaurants to go, I recommend Bistro Cafè it was delicious, the coffee was so good! Kyara, our host was super friendly, always available and kind, she really went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The beach is walking distance, it is not the most beautiful, but it is fine, I recommend renting a car so you can go to other beaches. The location of the apartment is great, near everything, just make sure you watch the video they send so you know how to arrive once you enter the neighborhood’s gate. This is a great place to stay, I recommend it 100%, plus you won’t find that easy the amazimg customer service they offer.
