Overall a great experience!
Overall a great experience! They do send instructions as well as a video of how to find the property, we still had a little trouble finding it/getting in the community but once we figured it out everything else was perfect! It had all the listed amenities which was great, the pool/patio area was lovely! Walking distance to the beach but not far from restaurants or the nightlife (if you rent a car or uber). It was a very peaceful and relaxing experience honestly, and our host Kyara was always very responsive! Would definitely stay again 🙂

We loved our stay!! Especially loved the open living space and balcony which you could see the beach from. Just a short 1 block walk to the beach. Highly recommend Nemero Uno beachfront dining, and Lela’s for breakfast/lunch that is about a 3 min. Walk. Just a short uber ride to Ashford Ave. with long strip of restaurants/shops— is also walkable (about 2miles there). Area felt very safe being gated. Host was very responsive to any needs. The Only issue we had was running out of hot water in the mornings if a few showers close together. AC was very reliable. great place to stay!!!
We stayed one night here
We stayed one night here before getting on a flight early in the morning and it was a decent stay for one night. It was a great location and we walked to several bars and restaurants within 10 minutes. (Street) Parking was easy to find. The room was a little stuffy/humid, and the air conditioner didn’t get that cool. There is no door on the bathroom in the room we stayed in.

Truly, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I and my family had. To start, the area in which the unit is located in is perfect. It is next to plenty of bars, restaurants, EXTREMELY close to the beach, and everything we needed was right there for us. The interior of the home was beautiful and well kept up – and yes I mean home. I and my fellow guests did run into some difficulties such as a one shower head not working, as well as the monitor that was placed in the facility. Although these things occurred, luckily they had another shower head already attached which worked great, and a great sized TV. The washer and dryer were definitely a hit! No charge. The pool was great. The cleaning team did come through just about every other day – cleaning up after the rain debris and any other debris in the pool. Overall I would 100% recommend staying here. The host was extremely communicative which made things so smooth. Thank you Otium!! I would absolutely come and stay again.

I will never stay anywhere else when I visit Old San Juan! Otium’s place was PERFECT. The location couldn’t be better. It was super cute and the A/C was phenomenal after a day in the heat. It was the absolute best. Only issue I had was if you have longer nails opening the key box is nearly impossible but my husband just handled it!

We had a remarkable stay with Otium’s listing page. The room was at a nice location, very convenient walk and drive from most of the best parts of San Juan. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay when we came to celebrate her 28th birthday. Orlando was a great host and had some fire recommendations.

Loved this place! The property is beautiful and picture-perfect. The staff was incredibly sweet and helpful. The shared pool never felt crowded, which made it even more relaxing. Just a heads-up there’s no microwave, but there is a fridge. The bar was only open on Sunday during our stay. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

The local host was very responsive and even tough he lives upstairs, never bothered us. The swimming pool was well-maintained. Apartment was clean. The internet did not work in the week we stayed there. The bathroom was functional, but could benefit from improvements (shower head, toilet seat).

We had a fantastic stay in our apartment. It was exactly as promised and having the pool right there was very convenient. The beach.was only steps away and very peaceful. One of the directors, Carol, gave us the opportunity to check out another Otium property. She was incredibly kind and made great recommendations. I hope to return to the island and definitely plan to book an Otium property.

I had a fantastic time at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, and the staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. The Otium team was always quick to respond to any questions, making communication seamless. The bar and pool area were perfect for relaxing, with great tropical vibes all around. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing place to stay in Puerto Rico!

Highly recommend this place it was more beautiful in person! The ambience was amazing everything was super clean from our room to the ground that we walked on! Very peaceful located in convenience and minutes walk to the beach! Omg we were so pleased not to mention the bar on site! We’re coming back for sure!

Thank you for letting us stay at your place—we had such a relaxing vacation! The location was perfect: just a 5-minute walk to the beach, with restaurants and bars right around the corner. You can even hear the music in the evenings when you step outside the unit. You don’t even need to rent a car, but if you do they have parking space. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, including beach chairs we could borrow. Just a heads-up to future guests: be sure to take out the trash regularly to avoid attracting bugs from outside. The pool may be small, but it’s great for cooling off and perfect for the kids to enjoy. Don’t forget to bring plenty of mosquito repellent—those mosquitoes are around all day! Thanks again—we’ll definitely be coming back!

I’d love to start off by saying we loved
I’d love to start off by saying we loved our time in San Juan – for most of us, this wasn’t the first time we visited. The apartment was in a great location, very close to Condado Beach, and easy to get around / walk around. In terms of the listing itself, the apartment we stayed in (Unit 1) was very dark – not a lot of natural light in the living room, and we had to keep the curtains in our rooms closed because we were on the ground floor and people could easily see inside. The shared pool was nice, never too busy, so we got to spend a day lounging there. The AC worked in 2 out of 3 rooms. There were 5 of us – we had 5 bathroom towels provided, and 3 (very small) beach towels. We asked for more towels, but didn’t get any new ones provided until the next morning, so we were waiting a bit. Late checkout also cost $39. In conclusion, the apartment is a great find for the price, but could have been a bit cleaner! Dark for those who love natural light. Location was amazing!

The place is okay and fairly centric.
The place is okay and fairly centric. Has kind of a private beach easy to get to by walking and that wasn’t full even on a Holiday. The hosts provide beach towels and chairs which comes handy. There’s about 8 apartments total in the property and only parking outside on street, still safe as is a gated community. Out of two weeks of stay, last one there was a mobile storage unit parked in front of property which challenged parking situation a bit. The second bed or sofa bed wasn’t a good one for sleep, you can feel the bed frame. One last thing, would have been great to have a mop (there was just a bucket) and a toilet brush to be able to keep the apartment cleaner, specially for longer stays like we did.
