We LOVED staying here.
We LOVED staying here. everything was 5 stars. Very private, very responsive and very clean. Pictures matched the vibe in person, if anything it looked better in person too. The one thing I will say is that they told us room service would come whenever we put the sign on the door, and throughout our week long stay they only came once. It sucked being out all day sight seeing and coming back to not even a bed made or sheets changed. However, that is our only complaint. Everything else was perfect.

We had a fantastic week is San Juan. This condo was close to all the action, walking distance to the beach and surrounded by lots of dinning options. The private pool was awesome and it was kept clean daily. If you wanted to stay in for a night, the kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking super easy. I highly recommend checking out any of Otium’s listing’s if your looking for something new. Cheers!!!

Great place, matched pictures exactly! Pool area is nice and peaceful. Walkable, cute courtyard, joint space but hardly saw anyone and when did friendly. Quaint place. Would definitely return. Minor challenges, trouble getting in with code and felt like we were communicating with AI, never fully solved code concern, some items left behind from previous visitors, said complimentary coffee, but none. These little items didn’t make it a bad stay just not a true 5/5.

Our stay was pleasant, it is a clean, cool, comfortable place and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. Plus, you have the beach and food spots relatively close by. Communication with the “host” was excellent, attentive, very helpful and answered questions efficiently and quickly. I definitely recommend the place.
Felt right at home
Felt right at home, the whole team made us feel like we were visiting a relatives or close friends, we will rate the communication top notch, loved our welcome kit and the postcard, very thoughtful. The apt is located on a 20th floor with views of San Juan, very clean, spacious, it even has beach chairs, coolers, tennis racquets. Bathroom and room were impecable. Walking distance to pretty much everything and quick uber rides to Old San Juan; if you are just staying around the area no car is needed when it comes to renting one, as I mentioned before, walkable distance to restaurants and local beach, and Ubers are very cheap when going into Old San Juan or the airport.

Our stay was enjoyable overall. The parking area is quite tight to go in and out of, we encountered issues with other guests blocking the entrance. However, Optium was quick to respond to messages and resolve the situation. We stayed in Apartment 3, which has a spiral staircase right at the entrance—tall guests should be cautious, as my husband bumped his head very hard multiple times. Other apartments don’t have this staircase placement, so it’s less of a concern. The house is beachfront, but the beach was unfortunately way too dirty to enjoy, preventing us from relaxing there and the house being on the beach is the only reason I rented this house.

Almost everything. Spacious, well stocked, access to pool and the beach. We basically had the beach all to ourselves. Super quiet and great value for money and reasonably close to San Juan, El Yunke, and Luquillo beach. Management promptly helped with some minor issues we had at the beginning.”

I would highly recommend staying here!! Easy access to a beautiful, peaceful beach that never felt overcrowded. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and a cheap uber to Old San Juan! The Airbnb itself was in pristine condition, beautiful pool, and kitchen supplied with everything you’d need. My group is already talking about staying again next year!

It’s a great place, location it’s amazing, I had some trouble with the washer, it didn’t work and got a lot of water coming out, so I couldn’t wash clothes and that was something important when I booked this place, other problems, the host answered fast

This Airbnb was so secure
This Airbnb was so secure, you felt like you were always safe. It’s in a very private and quiet gated community. The space was beautiful and very comfortable. Each of the rooms were decorated nicely and had everything you could need. The balcony was amazing. The space is only a few steps to the beach and there’s an amazing pizza restaurant within walking distance. There are beach, chairs, and other beach stuff available for guests. The hosts were super responsive. I can’t say enough about how awesome this experience was.

I had an amazing stay! The place was beautiful as described and very peaceful. I enjoyed the great shops and restaurants that were close by. The location was absolutely perfect, steps away from the beach which I enjoyed each day of my stay. I would definitely return for another stay!

The space was very clean.
The space was very clean. The different people at the concierge agency were very nice. However, there are a few things we didn’t like: Before arriving at the accommodation, the concierge agency sent us a link where we had to enter our personal information (ID card and bank card). We didn’t like it. The point of Airbnb is that everything is already settled and checked. We have very good feedback from the people who welcomed us so we find it a shame that Otium does not trust us. There are no curtains in the bedroom. It was very bright from 6 a.m. So it was hard to sleep. There is a system that checks that you don’t make too much noise. We didn’t like it at all. We’re very discreet people, so we just felt like we were being listened to. The space was very clean. The bed was very large, it was great. There was a crib for our baby 👍🏻
The home is beautiful
The home is beautiful and more than enough space for my party of 9. In the additional studio there wasn’t hot water in which uncomfortable for the people staying there. The road getting up to the property is very curvy but during the day time is ok to travel but a bit nerve wracking at night. There aren’t many nearby stores so recommend to do grocery shopping before you arrive. Not many places to go in the area so plan ahead to driving down to the city for more excursions
