Been to Puerto Rico multiples times never stayed in San Juan . The location was perfect . The building had its own access to the beach which was empty . The pool was big and nice. Really enjoyed the pac man machine. The location was just prime . 10 mins from the airport . Walkable to restaurants. Would highly recommend this stay.

the view was amazing, The only thing is it doesn’t have a beach access- I have asked before i do the reservation if it has beach access and how is the beach water? i got a response as it has a directly access to the beach and it’s clear- which was not true the property doesn’t have beach direct access and the closest beach is around 10 min walk through the bridge but i didn’t like it it was unclear like a lake not a beach!! but there are other beaches far like 10 mins uber driving. the pool is not too big but easy to access , but am not a pool person anyway so it makes no difference to my staying. The host was nice she msgs me if i need anything and they have apologized about the inconvenience that happened about the beach situation even if i was so disappointed. other than that the property itself was great huge restroom and close to everything u don’t need a car, uber is fine and cheap- and anyway as described there is no place to park and the garage is kindda explain

It was my first time in Puerto Rico and it was amazing.
It was my first time in Puerto Rico and it was amazing. I did not expect to find a place as beautiful and comfortable as I did with Otium! Private parking, less than a minute walk to the beach, air conditioned and how close it was to many things out there, who could beat that! Every guests that traveled me and stood here loved the place. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to find a place in Puerto Rico! The only con was that I was only there for 5 days lol! I’ll definitely be looking to rent this place again in the near future. Otium made the check in and out process very smooth and they were also very responsive! Thank you for the amazing experience.
Great place to stay.
Great place to stay. I traveled with my children and always felt safe. There is an armed guard in the lobby and you have to say the rook number to get in. The water views were great every morning watching the sea turtles and manatees swimming. The location is great. It’s next to T mobile district, Ashford ave, conado beach and the marina. Most of my Ubers were less than 5$ a trip so it’s cheap to get around. I loved the place and the response times when I had questions.

The place had everything I needed
The place had everything I needed to cook and lots of utensils. There were only cups to drink hot coffee, I had to drink it in the glass, burning my hands. There is a hidden non-refundable fee of $25. The location is safe and 4 minutes from the beach on foot. The apartment is huge and functional, well decorated. The air conditioning in the living room is huge and very powerful. The bathroom has complete items and mouthwash. There are many beach items and the bed is good. The record player is decorative because the records are all warped. Negative points: The floor was not very well swept, with a little sand. The couch has stains. The address does not make it clear that to find the street you have to enter the condominium with the car, I was outside for more than 30 minutes until I discovered this. Communication takes a long time, a message was not even answered and I needed the taxi driver’s phone number, I called them and I forgot items in the car and I had to beg, humiliate myself to
We’ve never visited PR before
We’ve never visited PR before so we weren’t sure what area to stay in. I’m so glad we opted for the Weekender instead of one of the big hotels! It was such a lovely, well designed space in the middle of a bustling neighborhood with lots to do and eat, and only a couple of blocks from Ocean Park Beach. The staff were incredibly attentive and responsive and got us anything we needed. My husband spent a lot of time hanging out at the hotel bar and loved chatting with the bartenders. The main pool was very nice, and since we stayed in a Garita room, we got access to a smaller private pool as well. Can’t recommend this enough for couples!

Me and my girlfriend had an excellent time at this location staff was very friendly and very accomadating with request the bartender miguel was also very pleasent and made excellent drinks the room had great ac and all amenities worked very well they even made a very nice birthday presentation for my girlfriend which we very much appreciated will be booking again in the future next time im in puerto rico

It’s really very clean, tidy and organized and very spacious. The beds were large and comfortable. Everything you need for cooking. He answers any questions quickly and the location is quiet but close to everything. I recommend it for large families to sleep comfortably. I would take this place again on future vacations.

Overall a great experience! They do send instructions as well as a video of how to find the property, we still had a little trouble finding it/getting in the community but once we figured it out everything else was perfect! It had all the listed amenities which was great, the pool/patio area was lovely! Walking distance to the beach but not far from restaurants or the nightlife (if you rent a car or uber). It was a very peaceful and relaxing experience honestly, and our host Kyara was always very responsive! Would definitely stay again 🙂

We loved our stay!! Especially loved the open living space and balcony which you could see the beach from. Just a short 1 block walk to the beach. Highly recommend Nemero Uno beachfront dining, and Lela’s for breakfast/lunch that is about a 3 min. Walk. Just a short uber ride to Ashford Ave. with long strip of restaurants/shops— is also walkable (about 2miles there). Area felt very safe being gated. Host was very responsive to any needs. The Only issue we had was running out of hot water in the mornings if a few showers close together. AC was very reliable. great place to stay!!!
We stayed one night here
We stayed one night here before getting on a flight early in the morning and it was a decent stay for one night. It was a great location and we walked to several bars and restaurants within 10 minutes. (Street) Parking was easy to find. The room was a little stuffy/humid, and the air conditioner didn’t get that cool. There is no door on the bathroom in the room we stayed in.

Truly, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I and my family had. To start, the area in which the unit is located in is perfect. It is next to plenty of bars, restaurants, EXTREMELY close to the beach, and everything we needed was right there for us. The interior of the home was beautiful and well kept up – and yes I mean home. I and my fellow guests did run into some difficulties such as a one shower head not working, as well as the monitor that was placed in the facility. Although these things occurred, luckily they had another shower head already attached which worked great, and a great sized TV. The washer and dryer were definitely a hit! No charge. The pool was great. The cleaning team did come through just about every other day – cleaning up after the rain debris and any other debris in the pool. Overall I would 100% recommend staying here. The host was extremely communicative which made things so smooth. Thank you Otium!! I would absolutely come and stay again.

I will never stay anywhere else when I visit Old San Juan! Otium’s place was PERFECT. The location couldn’t be better. It was super cute and the A/C was phenomenal after a day in the heat. It was the absolute best. Only issue I had was if you have longer nails opening the key box is nearly impossible but my husband just handled it!

We had a remarkable stay with Otium’s listing page. The room was at a nice location, very convenient walk and drive from most of the best parts of San Juan. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay when we came to celebrate her 28th birthday. Orlando was a great host and had some fire recommendations.

Loved this place! The property is beautiful and picture-perfect. The staff was incredibly sweet and helpful. The shared pool never felt crowded, which made it even more relaxing. Just a heads-up there’s no microwave, but there is a fridge. The bar was only open on Sunday during our stay. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely stay here again!
