I needed a last minute stay
I needed a last minute stay and booked this place the same day I needed to check in. I was able to smoothly check in with no issues. There were 3 different codes you needed to access the place but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I was having an issue getting the hot water to flow but once I messaged the host the quickly responded and advised me to let the water run (which I should’ve tried) and the hot water began to flow. Great stay, very clean, felt secure and responsive host. I would stay again!
The apartment was very clean
The apartment was very clean and well kept. I would say no more than 3 people should be renting it since it’s small, kind of like a studio apartment. The host was very prompt in answering our questions. We had a problem with the gate door not opening while it was raining and they sent someone to check in on us within 15 mins. of messaging them.
Stayed here for three days for my birthday.
Stayed here for three days for my birthday. My husband and I enjoyed the stay. The villa was very clean and peaceful. Everyone was to themselves . The beach was a good 5-7 min walk depends on what street you turn down. Bathroom was tight but clean! No issues .
Amazing place to stay.
Amazing place to stay. All the staff were top notch and extremely helpful. When I come back to PR, this is the only place I will stay. The place was beautiful, calm and extremely clean. The staff was extremely easy to communicate to and constantly looking to help. The room absolutely stunning and is an amazing place to crash after a long day out! All in all 10/10 first experience in Puerto Rico.

My friends and I took spent our 5 day trip at this location and couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience. It’s safe,quiet,convenient,and close to everything such as nearby beaches,La Placita,Old San Juan,and amazing restaurants. We had the smoothest vacation experience.We’re looking forward to staying at this location again or possibly exploring other properties Otium has to offer. Absolutely a 10 out of 10. Thank you Otium for making this an experience for my friends and I to remember forever.
The perfect place to stay in San Juan!
The perfect place to stay in San Juan! Easily walkable to the beach, great restaurants, great shops, and great bars. As a group of 3 women, we felt extremelyyy safe here. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities were perfect for our 6 day stay. Highly recommend!
Me and my friends came here
Me and my friends came here for our college graduation trip and this Airbnb did not disappoint! The house was so beautiful and comfy, and the architecture of the home fit right into the PR atmosphere. I am definitely gatekeeping this from my other friends 😂😂 If you were thinking about booking.. GO AHEAD AND DO IT NOW!! 1000/10

Location was centrally located and easy to find. The pool was perfect and the beds were comfy. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to San Juan.

The Weekender at the Otium was a great experience
The Weekender at the Otium was a great experience. The hosts were very communicative and flexible with checking in early. The stay itself felt like a private retreat. We felt like had the entire place to ourselves. It was a wonderful experience and the staff made it even more pleasant. The beach and restaurants were all within a five minute walk.
The Weekender by Otium
The Weekender by Otium contributed to an overall great experience for my first solo trip. Had a beautiful room and wonderful scenery. The hotel is less than 15 min away driving to and from the airport. It’s also walking distance to the beach and restaurants. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing time I would highly recommend.

I enjoyed my stay here so much the staff was amazing, and everything was as advertised. Everything was so easy and the location is perfect. The bartender made amazing drinks and i spent alot of time in the pool which was never crowded. The location is also extremely convenient alot of the restaurants and stores i wanted to visit were a walk away most of the time

This place was a sanctuary! Very relaxing, great location, close to beautiful beach, clean! My only issue was the bathrooms don’t have doors which was a little challenging with using the restroom. There was a bathroom by pool we would switch off using which was fine but def something to be aware of! Also the bar and pool were perfect additions to the whole vibe of the hotel! Highly recommend
