Place was in a great location. Gated with 24/7 security. Definitely a safe place and the actual building is also gated so that helps as well. It’s a small place but I find it perfect for a couple or if you are going alone .

Apartment was very clean and looked like pictures, door man was friendly and helpful. Building is back off the street which kept it very quiet, George it’s views. Some construction going on but great quiet safe place.

Super cute! Near the beach, close to the city, lots of food and coffee shops nearby. Felt spoiled haviing the pool only a couple steps away from my front door!

Our stay at Otium was very stress free. The place is a 15 minute walk from Ocean Park Beach which is amazing for swimming in calm waves and relaxing on the sand. They have an in unit washer and drier which was really helpful for washing clothes that got dirtied at the beach. Other reviews have said the pool was dirty but when we stayed there it was clean (though we didn’t swim in it.) The place is located in a gated community and we found it slightly difficult to enter the community depending on which direction you’re coming from on foot, but Ubers had no trouble getting in and out which is what we mainly used. Close to some restaurants which looked good, 10 minute Uber to the airport but quiet, and close to beach. The owners were very easy and quick to communicate with, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!

The place was beautiful, convenient and clean. Very close to beach and the pool felt personal due to it being next to our door .

This apartment was great, the sun would shine throughout all day and the area next to the window was excellent to enjoy my meals and work.

This apartment was great, the sun would shine throughout all day and the area next to the window was excellent to enjoy my meals and work. The bedroom is roomy and the bed very comfortable, there was plenty of space to put all of my belongings. The location was perfect, right in the center of Condado and a lot of things in walking distance. The beach is right behind and beautiful for morning walks. Overall a very nice stay.

The host was very responsive, answered questions quickly and was super nice and understanding. Place was clean and just as pictured. There are walkable places near by which was great. I felt pretty safe and comfortable. However, the hot shower water didn’t work, but overall a great place. I would stay there again.

Loved this stay. In a quiet area of San Juan but still a lot of close places to walk or ride share to… not to mention being practically right on the beach! We loved our stay even on rainy days or extremely hot days. Appreciated the recommendations and fast responses as well. Only critique would be that the water pressure could be a little stronger; however, the pressure did feel nice after a day or two of sunburns ;)

The tastefully decorated and well appointed apartment was great ! Enjoyed my solo stay in this quiet and very secure gated neighborhood which is close to the airport, Old San Juan and a quick 4 minute walk to the shoreline from the apartment's front door. Staying here was a good value $ as I could cook some meals in. Kiting, windsurfing, stand-up paddling, swimming and the kind ocean entry were the draw for me as a 1st time visitor to Puerto Rico... You can't go wrong with apartment and location :)

all great!! the only thing is that the windows have no lock and apt is on the ground floor. i recommended to the hosts that they install metal bars for the safety of next guests and since they are superhosts, they prob will take care. loved the turntable detail with old records to play. apt is clean and well equipped and even has a blender and toaster and foldable wooden tables. great that they had mosquito nets as i like fresh air rather than AC. hosts were kind to accepted my request to put cotton sheet on the firm mattress. so i had good sleep! thanks for all!
