My experience was nothing short of phenomenal. The host was customer friendly .The host was also very responsive.The place was beautiful and clean !! Walking distance from the beach .Close by food, shopping etc .I’ll most definitely be visiting again !!

The location of this place is perfect. You’ll have everything you need like clean towels and air conditioning. One thing to note is that this is a residential building so don’t expect this to be a hotel. However, you have access to the pool and private beach entrance. I recommend this place if you’re looking for something affordable, clean, and close to everything. The customer service was exceptional and of course Pac-Man! The convenient store downstairs was also a plus.

Place was exactly like the pictures. Very clean as well. You can walk right to the beach and the spot is more private than other areas on the beach. Everything we needed was provided. We even lost power on our first full day and host was very responsive to let us know what was going on and offered to bring us extra water and a battery pack to charge our phones. Luckily power was restored fairly quickly and we didn’t need those but it was really nice of them to offer! We did request extra pillows and they brought them right up. The only thing I didn’t like was that the water in the shower was lukewarm at best (runs off a small heater in the closet, honestly the kitchen sink water for some reason was warmer than the shower. Not sure if shower handle was broken or what) and I like my showers hot,hot! Will definitely book through Otium again!

This airbnb was in the perfect location with a lot of restaurants nearby and it was easy to get an uber to the places further away.

This airbnb was in the perfect location with a lot of restaurants nearby and it was easy to get an uber to the places further away. The guide book they provided helped me pick good restaurants to eat it too. I did have a couple issues upon arrival but thankfully the host was very responsive, so they were quickly taken care of. They even FaceTimed me to help me get into the lock box. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautifully decorated spacious studio apartment. The king size bed is so comfortable. The building location is walking distance to all the best Condado has to offer. With the beach out front and huge pool you won’t ever want to leave.

Loved this stay. In a quiet area of San Juan but still a lot of close places to walk or ride share to… not to mention being practically right on the beach! We loved our stay even on rainy days or extremely hot days. Appreciated the recommendations and fast responses as well. Only critique would be that the water pressure could be a little stronger; however, the pressure did feel nice after a day or two of sunburns ;)

This airbnb is clean and simple. Falling asleep to the ocean waves was amazing and having direct access to a beach was very nice. The listing and reviews are honest. The host is easy to communicate with and provides clear instructions on all things that are needed.

Room was really nice. Its a spacious studio with a solid size kitchenette, eating area, and nice sized bathroom. The room was clean and provided lots of amenities like extra towels, beach towels, and beach gear. The building a little older but the room has been nicely renovated. The area is safe and accommodating to tourists. Lots of restaurants and places to check out nearby. Close to the beach as well. The host was very communicative and accommodating.

Great place, very walkable to the beach. Felt safe in the area. Decent selection of restaurants nearby. Good ac in the building, every room had one. We didn't know that one of the beds was a sofa bed but they brought us sheets quickly and other than that it was a great stay.

The location is great! Puntas las marias is right there and there is a little community garden/forest that is maintained by the locals which was nice to walk through. You could just walk to a little beach right there that was great for little kids because there are some rocks that keep the waves from coming in hard. Really cute place.
