Great location for a laid back, casual, last minute trip with my 16 and 19 year old kids. Beautiful beach less than a block away, great restaurants within walking distance and Old San Juan was just a short scooter ride away.
Unit was clean, comfortable and modern and the communication with the host was top notch!
Highly recommend especially with location and free parking.
Positive:
Great size room for us and a toddler. Great balcony access, and super convenient and walkable to so many things. Highly recommend.
Negative:
There was no stopper in the shower and the grout could have used a deep scrubbing but was just fine for our needs.

We recently stayed here in condado and we really enjoyed our time. The condo was perfect. Nice and clean, 7 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to Main Street. The pictures are exactly as it is in person. There are 7 units on this property and we hardly saw any of the other guests. The property is really nicely designed with privacy in mind. The hosts are great and helpful with all requests. Next time we come back to PR we will definitely book this place.
We enjoyed our stay at Otium’s unit
We enjoyed our stay at Otium’s unit. The location is excellent, and the host was very responsive. The neighbourhood is quiet and very peaceful and just a very short stroll to the beach. I would say that the beach itself is fairly average at best. There are several good restaurants that are just a short drive away.
We however did face a few issues during our stay. The housekeeping service employed by the host was not very diligent in terms of filling up the toiletries in the bathrooms ( body wash, shampoo, conditioner). The washer and dryer in the unit are nonfunctional. And finally, we got locked out of the unit because the electronic keypad door lock was faulty, but the host was able to get us in using a manual key stored in the lock box.
Overall, we had a great time and definitely would like to come back again and recommend the place highly. We thank Otium for hosting us.

1.Communication with Otium was very good; however, their communication with the gate security was poor. I waited at the gate for an hour before being granted access and had to line up in the car multiple times.
2.According to the photos and reservation, the room was supposed to have an ocean view, but I was given a room at the back with no ocean view. Other than that, everything was excellent.
This is the fourth third time we have stayed here
This is the fourth third time we have stayed here. This is our go to place when we are in Puerto Rico. The place is very clean and convenient to restaurants, beaches, and best of all the airport. The neighborhood is quiet, and safe. This is a great place for anyone visiting the island. It has all the amenities close by. The support team is very helpful and respond very quickly. They try to accommodate any situations and are second to none. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit again! Again thank you to the whole team for a wonderful stay!
Beautiful spot- comfortable and easy, but not equipped with extras.
Positive:
Very nicely decorated. Beautiful spot with easy beach access. Very comfortable beds. Felt completely safe. Quiet spot. Had water there despite general water outage.
Negative:
No helpful extras like beach chairs or kitchen salt, etc. Felt like a managed property. Extra charges for things like checking in before four pm even though it wasn’t rented the day before. Sliding doors don’t slide very easily.
We had fun. Olimpo Court is clean, near public transportation, & the staff is friendly & helpful.
Positive:
Location was fine and felt safe. The best part of the stay was Alejandro, one of the front desk concierges. He was soooo helpful about the property and transportation, and knowledgeable about the Puerto Rican politics. The room was spacious for two people. It has an old 1960s Florida feel to it, though it’s clearly a design choice, not a leftover. The hotel is right around the corner from the T3 bus line which gets you to the bottom of Viejo San Juan. Buses were free while we were there. On Avenida Miramar (right around the corner) there are plenty of restaurants, interesting shops, a supermercado for snacks and fruit, and some interesting institutions.
Negative:
There was some kind of pump over our room on the top floor. It made noise generally until after midnight and started up again early in the morning. It wasn’t super annoying to us, but if you’re a light sleeper it might be. Breakfast is minimal, and while we were there, there was no milk for coffee or the offered dried cereal (really a minor drawback). However, the Google map, which taxi drivers rely on, doesn’t seem to match the actuality. Taxi drivers continually pulled up to the wrong street. The hotel is on Jose Ferrar, not Av. Miramar as advertised, which seemed to confuse the drivers.

The Airbnb was in a great location – not too loud, yet close enough to restaurants and the beach. The place was great for two people. While the bathroom is a bit small and we had some issues with consistent hot water, the host had responsive, helpful communication and check-in was very easy!

The unit was clean upon arrival and set up as described. It has three bedrooms, including a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower. The location is excellent—about a 5-minute walk to Condado Beach, close to great restaurants, and roughly a 12-minute walk to La Placita for nightlife.
There were a few issues that impacted the stay. Water from the king bathroom shower leaked into the bedroom, with a similar (but less severe) issue in the second bathroom. The listing mentioned balcony access, but after check-in we were informed this unit does not have one. Wi-Fi was also unreliable throughout the stay.
On the final day, the power went out around 1:00 PM and was not restored by late evening. This resulted in no AC, limited lighting, unsecured building access, and no way to charge phones, making the last day largely unusable.
Overall, most issues were manageable, but the timing significantly affected the end of the stay
Still I gave this a 4 out of 5 starts

The location is very walkable and surrounded by a lot of restaurants and markets. Not the most trendy area but very close to a beach and great for a day where you won’t be doing a lot of exploring. The place is very newly renovated and very clean. The hosts are so fast to respond when we had questions and there are three spots for parking should you have a rental car. Our unit had three bedrooms and every room has its own air conditioning unit.

The apartment is spacious and served all of our needs. The location is great, about 5 mins walk to the beach and <10 mins from several great restaurants. It was also a quick uber to downtown San Juan. The host was extremely responsive and accommodated our requests for more blankets and late check in. A solid place to stay, would recommend!
A beautiful modern house with all the amenities
A beautiful modern house with all the amenities. Perfectly located for quick access to all the best beaches and restaurants in Aguadilla and Isabella. A bonus for military and veteran renters is that it’s just two blocks from the USCG Exchange. Otium’s check-in instructions made my check-in so easy, and its representatives were very responsive and friendly when I reached out with questions. I’m looking forward to a return visit.

No matter what my questions were they answered almost immediately at any time of the day or evening.
That is simply amazing.
Puerto Rico has a history of power outages and other things.
Completely out of anyone’s control.
Even with that things went smoothly.
The place is as described and is perfect for what it’s intended purpose is.
The kitchen is well appointed with new appliances, cutlery and dishes.
It pays to do your own shopping and cook in the room.
A major supermarket is only a couple of blocks away.
There are wonderful places to eat all along the local Street and beyond.
The location is great it’s a short ride from the airport.
An Uber works really well whereas you don’t really need a car depending on your travel plans.
The place is ideal for solo or a couple. There is a futon but I never used it.
Nice shower as well.
