This was truly a great stay! The place itself was lovely and the pool was so nice to have after a long day in the sun. The sound machines in the bedrooms were a nice touch. The location is very walkable too. I had to reach out to Otium about an issue I had (not on their end) and they were super quick to respond and help how they could. I would gladly stay here again!

No entanto, há problemas sérios que comprometem a experiência. O isolamento do apartamento é muito fraco — ouve-se claramente o barulho da rua, o que dificulta bastante o descanso. Ainda mais problemático é o facto de existir apenas uma porta de vidro a separar este apartamento de outro, o que proporciona praticamente zero isolamento sonoro entre hóspedes.
Durante toda a estadia, os hóspedes do apartamento ao lado fizeram bastante barulho, inclusive durante a madrugada, o que tornou o descanso praticamente impossível. Esta situação foi bastante desagradável e, na prática, insuportável.
O chuveiro também deverá ser melhorado, pois a água apresenta pouca pressão e sem facilidade de regular a temperatura.
É claramente um ponto que o proprietário deveria rever com urgência, pois compromete significativamente a qualidade da estadia.
Absolutely amazing stay
Absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Even though it was a short stay and a very late check-in, the host was extremely responsive and made sure we arrived safely, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect and parking was easy and convenient.
The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly like the pictures. It felt very cozy and welcoming, truly like a home away from home. The balcony overlooking the pool was one of our favorite spots, and the kitchen had everything we needed.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and beautiful stay!
Great stay
Great stay!! We had 9 people that fit comfortably. The location is PERFECT we spent most days at Escambron beach close by and walked to Old San Juan (2 miles) twice (also could scooter or uber). There’s an enterprise close by for car rentals too. The kitchen was fully useable and we were able to do a home-cooked dinner and breakfast when we needed it. The balcony views were amazing and we saw manatees right in the inlet! Our only problem was that the WiFi was weak so we hope they can fix that going forward. Highly recommend- huge bang for the buck!
We loved staying at Otium
We loved staying at Otium! The place was great and exactly as described by the host. Comfortable beds, even some beach gear available to use. We came here for our spring break and it was exactly what we needed. We specially loved the location. Maybe 5 minutes walking distance to the beach, if not less, which was great. Maybe 10 minutes walking to La Placita, for those of you who are looking for some night-life (although we liked going to Old San Juan better for that). Great food options all around. We specially liked Sobao for breakfast, Tavola for dinner (their appetizers are incredible) and Tayzan also was great if you are into Chinese food (this one was the group favorite).
Really, this airbnb has a great location and it’s a super comfortable space to be at :). Definitely recommend.
We enjoyed our stay here
We enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect place for us to stay before heading to the cruise port. The amenities were great, as you have access to the Caribe Hilton property with its bars, restaurants and shops.
My only suggestion that I have already made to an Otium representative is that they include “Condado Lagoon Villas” in the property description and directions because the address that they give is for the Caribe Hilton. We were not staying there, so we were very confused and ended up doing unnecessary driving before we found the right entrance.
Super responsive and helpful
Super responsive and helpful. Was able to contact them right away when I went to check in and the staff went out of their way to make sure I got the lockbox instructions. Listing was gorgeous and as advertised, view of the luquillo beaches and the pool are hard to beat. Hosting group also went the extra mile to make us feel at home, including by giving us a welcome bottle of wine

We loved staying at this condo! The views were breathtaking!! The condo looked exactly like the pictures. The host was responsive and even checked in on us periodically to see how things were going and if we needed anything. Highly recommend staying here!! Convenient to all the snorkeling charters and great restaurants. The pool was great! I would definitely stay here again!

I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the home, which looks exactly like the pictures, with no issues whatsoever. The only issue I had was that when we arrived the room was not at all clean, nor were the other two rooms that were connected to the room we had rented. They were all opened up like one giant sweet, dirty. The host was immediately responsive, even though it was late at night on a Sunday, and they arranged for cleaning to come the next day, but we’re not able to offer us any replacement that was acceptable for that evening. Ultimately they made up for the mistake, and I truly value their communication and ownership of the problem.
For a little more detail about the location itself; absolutely stunningly beautiful, extremely comfortable, walkable, safe, secure.
Negatives; only two beach towels and two bath towels for the two people, for the entire four days. Somewhat hard to find it the first day, the wind was very strong blowing against the balcony doors.
The stay in Condado with Otium was fantastic
The stay in Condado with Otium was fantastic! I could not have asked for a better experience. The pool was so cool but there was so much to do, I barely used it. Walkable to great restaurants, shops, beach, and a casino! I would stay next time I venture to Condado
It’s a great location and a well kept and nicely furnished unit.
Positive:
Very short walk to beach and restaurants. Beach chairs and ice chests available to use. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Parking available on the ground floor inside a security gate worked great for us, but might be hard to use with a larger vehicle depending on how many units were trying to park vehicles.
The beach here is very nice.
Negative:
My wife is uncomfortable when she feels enclosed. All the windows have shutters, which when opened leave only a screen in place. Since it was a little cooler than usual when we were there, we were fine with the shutters open and the AC off, but had it been hotter, we’d have had to choose between daylight and AC. Because the pictures we saw of the apartments at this address are all mixed together, it wasn’t clear to us when planning that we would have no glass windows. Probably our fault for not noticing, and probably not an issue for most people. Not a deal breaker, either. We might choose to stay here again despite this.
The bathroom could use a shower mat.

Room were very clean, staff on site very friendly with a safe secure parking location. Breakfast was grab and go very good choices.
Negative:
Adjoining room doors could be a little more secure but main entry doors were solid with digital entry for easy entry and security.

We had a great overall experience staying here! The location was amazing, just a short walk to the beach, in a really pretty and safe-feeling neighborhood with plenty of great food spots nearby. The apartment itself was spacious, very clean, and felt like a home away from home. Check-in was simple and smooth. Had some very minor issues during our stay, but the host was very responsive and quick to help. Overall enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider staying again!

The appartment itself was very comfortable, but the location was wonderful, less than a minute walking distance to the beach and moving around by walk or uber was easy. Everything you need it’s so near it’s great.
I had a few questions and they answered immediately. Excellent communication 😌👌.
