There’s a lot to love about this place
There’s a lot to love about this place. Great space and gorgeous setting. The condo is bigger than it looks online. The pool area is amazing and not crowded at all. We had no trouble finding chairs and umbrellas, even during the busy Christmas break week. The beds are super comfortable and the couch is heaven. My only complaint is that I felt a little nickel and dimed during my stay. This is one of the more expensive units in the area and I still had to go out and buy more beach towels (there were only 3 provided), a bottle opener, extra paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. There was also a fee to check out 2 hours late. No deal breakers that would keep me from recommending the place, but those little things are what keeps this from being five stars for me.
Heads up to families who want to cook – there is no baking gear at all, bring your own pans/foil/oven mitts. There are plenty of pots and pans if you want to use the stove top.

Some minor issues with the entry instructions that were confusing. However the staff helped us with our difficulties and resolved everything quickly on the phone. . The only other thing is we would have been grateful for extra towels as it felt not enough for us for our stay.
Great location, easily walked to the beach daily
Great location, easily walked to the beach daily. An easy walk into or out of old san juan as well – roughly 35 minutes. Room looks exactly like the photos. Host is very responsive to any issues. Balcony has a beautiful view across to Condado lagoon. Grocery store is a 15 minute walk away. Overall it was a great stay.
Very pleasant stay in a neighborhood that we liked.

The breakfast was nice and efficient. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. There are several really delicious restaurants nearby including Budare and La Pradera. The t Mobile district is an easy 15 minute walk. We never felt unsafe in the area.
Negative:
The rooftop was being renovated so we didn’t get to relax up there. I understand it has to be done sometime.

Spacious 3BR 3 Bath top floor apartment on a great street in Ocean Park with nice views out over the city as well as to the beach. Beds were comfortable. There is a covered deck off the living room. The location was a highlight – being able to stroll down the street to a terrific locals beach, to yoga classes in the morning, and to a dozen great eating spots on Calle Loiza and beyond. The kitchen was a minor letdown. Although the listing mentions a dishwasher, suprisingly for such a large apartment there wasnt one, even though there was a built in wine cooler. This was not a big deal for us, but the dishrack was undersized for a family of 4, and there were no proper dishcloths. An easy fix. The deck would be even nicer if there was some soft seating or a small table – as is there are just a couple of plastic chairs. Be prepared for some construction noise during the day, as there are a couple of building being renovated on the street. Hot water was a bit spotty.Would stay again

We would have said great (5) on everything except for an issue with the hall bath which was used by two teenage nieces and their parents. The design was such that water could escape onto the bathroom floor. Otium quickly provided extra towels but we feel the unit needs to be permanently corrected in that area. Until it is corrected, we recommend extra towels be provided for that bathroom from the start for safety reasons.

Pros
The decor and available amenities were nice. Well appointed kitchen with everything you could really need and a nice fridge with freezer. There are beach chairs and such underneath the stairs. The shared pool was clean and offered 2 loungers and 1 umbrella. Would say it could be crowded if there are two groups or more there but we had no issues.
Cons
Unfortunately the space was not well cleaned, particularly the floors. There was hair everywhereeeee. Even on and in the towels they provided. As well, there was large cockroach in the bathroom. If you struggle to get hot water in the shower leave it running for 5-8 minutes.

Thank you very much for providing such a lovely accommodation. The property is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable multi-day stay. The view is truly spectacular. From the balcony, one can enjoy both the sight and sound of the ocean waves while having breakfast or simply relaxing. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are well equipped, and the living room and dining area are spacious. The kitchen offers a wide selection of useful utensils, a large refrigerator, and practical appliances. Additionally, the pool and direct access to the beach are just a few steps away. The host was readily available when contacted.

It’s a cozy/small space, convenient to Fajardo and El Yunque if you have a car.
Beautiful space and in a wonderful location
Beautiful space and in a wonderful location! The area is beautiful, central, and safe. Friendly neighbors to say hello to. We were in town for a wedding at El Convento Hotel, which shares the same block. The space was so clean and bright, bed was comfortable, and plenty of cool air. It had everything we needed and more. Our 1yo loved walking around the big space and could do so safely, without risk of breaking anything. The spiral staircase may be challenging for kids and not handicap accessible, we had no issues.

If it’s your first time in San Juan, this is your sign to stay here. This airbnb is in the heart of it all but out the way enough to have a moment of silence. My girlfriend and I loved our stay and would definitely return and recommend this place. Lots to do, lots of restaurants and the vibes are up there.

Buenos días, el punto del apartamento está muy estratégico, cerca a una buena playa para estar pero no para bañarse es peligrosa, pero muy cerca en la playa del puente si te puedes bañar, en la zona es muy segura y buena para caminar, excelentes restaurantes para probar comida local o disfrutar de diferentes platos de otros países, el apartamento es muy cómodo, sus camas y colchones muy cómodos también, excelente espacio para disfrutar unos días en PR, muchas gracias y quedan súper recomendados.

The house is beautiful and seemed fairly clean, however they are in need of a good exterminator for roaches and ants.
We had to keep our dog’s food on a plate filled with water to keep pests away from his food.
The main bedroom bed is small, my 6’3” husband and myself could not fit together, but there is another bedroom with 2 beds, which I opted to sleep in.
Hosts are very responsive; we had an okay stay altogether.

This was the perfect little apartment for our girls’ trip to San Juan! Great location, easy to walk to the beach and tons of restaurants. The inside of the unit is very cute/girly and the shared pool is literally right out front of this unit which makes for easy access! Host was very responsive when we had a couple questions and needed an extra blanket. Also they have separate AC units for all the bedrooms which makes it easy to adjust for individual comfort. Overall, highly recommend!

The place looked like the pictures and was clean. The AC was working well, and the host was very responsive. We arrived after 1 a.m., and the battery in the lock was dead, but we were able to reach someone who provided a key to open the door. The view was great, the area felt safe, and there are places to eat nearby as well as a small boardwalk.
Perfect spot for an easy going beach vacation, doesn’t get much better!

This was a really well maintained unit, really clean with well thought out amenities. The location was the best thing about this property, really nice gated neighbourhood with a friendly community and steps away from the beach.

We stayed here for a short overnight stay, and the location was extremely convenient, only about three minutes from the airport, which was exactly what we needed after a late arrival. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which we appreciated.
That said, arriving around 2 AM made finding the house quite difficult. The GPS brought us to the opposite side of the street, and the house numbers were hard to locate in the dark. Unfortunately, there were no exterior or interior lights on, including the porch light, which made it even more challenging to identify the correct house. For late night arrivals, having the porch light on would make a big difference.
Overall, this is a convenient spot if you’re looking for a quick overnight stay close to the airport until daylight, and with a small improvement in nighttime visibility, the arrival experience could be much smoother.

Great place for three couples or large family (as we had). The location is near delicious restaurants and coffee shops. The beach is only steps away, and there are sand toys, beach chairs, and umbrellas to use which was very convenient! All three bedrooms have their own air conditioning unit and the kitchen as well appointed. The host was very responsive.
