I haven’t even left the island yet and this place has already made the favorites list! i wish it was available for our entire stay. Easy check-in, spacious, clean, safe, comfortable beds, powerful AC, hot showers, sound machines in each bedroom, complimentary water & chips, beach towels and the cherry on top was the private balcony and beautiful pool and lounge area! i had morning and evening tea on the balcony. Walkable and also central locations Uber/Lyft not an issue and very reasonable prices. communication was also excellent. 5 stars, would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The place is beautiful and the view is absolutely spectacular. The location is great and everything was very comfortable for our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. Overall, it was a great experience and we really enjoyed our time there.

This was my second stay at this Airbnb and it did not disappoint. I felt safe the entire time, and I loved how everything restaurants, stores, and coffee spots was within walking distance. Definitely one of my favorite places to stay, and I would come back again! 🙂
Otuim beach house was exactly what we expected
Otuim beach house was exactly what we expected. 4-5 houses down opens up to beautiful ocean and beach. It felt we were there regulars/locals. The apartment was very clean organized. We loved to go evening walks and surroundings were very close to shops and dinings. Otium was very responsive host. What we didn’t think was stairs to second floor with our 6 months old baby. But worked out fine. Also bathroom shower needs to be stay towards to wall at all times, otherwise water will come out, and will travel all the way to the living room 🙂 Otuim provided extra towels right away! So everything about this place what we were expecting! Thank you again for everything!
Would definitely recommend
Would definitely recommend! The location was amazing being close to so many restaurants, beach and close to convenient pickup locations for excursions. The space looks exactly like the photos and was very clean. One thing to note is that there isn’t really a common area, so if you’re looking for a place to hang out, it may feel a bit limited. However, it definitely serves its purpose if you’re mainly looking for a clean and comfortable place to sleep in a great location.
The host was extremely responsive and attentive. Quick replies and follow ups to make sure everything was taken care of. Overall a great stay!

This place was super clean well equipped and very nice decor and very cozy and comfy beds. The pool and beach are beautiful …the only downfall was that we needed to enter a code to enter the condominium there is no remote provided for your car entry only a code for you to key in and wait until they open the gate for you . the nost annoying thing was you have to listen to the same welcome recording over and over again. We were pretty much locked out on two separate occasions because no one opened the gate and we were left there to wait and couldn’t enter and when you try to call the host its a recording no live person so this was super frustrating and they should improve this for the future guest.

Aparment was great very clean and comfortable only problem we had was the living room area is very hot because there is no a/c in that area, would’ve been better if there had been a split unit there also. We have stayed in other air bnb’s and they supply a case of water, which is nice and inexpensive just a suggestion. We were there due to a family emergency so we were not going out much and being able to use the a/c only 8 to 10 hrs a day was difficult due to it being so hot. More rolls of toilet paper and trash bags would have been good. We loved the fact that it had parking and laundry area. Overall it was a nice place to stay and the price was great.

Our stay in Puerto Rico was absolutely amazing! The Airbnb exceeded all expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the AC worked perfectly — which was a huge plus in the Puerto Rico heat.

We had an amazing stay. The place is beautiful, well set up, and truly feels like a home away from home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, which made our stay really relaxing.
The location is fantastic — just a very short walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy morning and evening walks by the ocean. The space feels even larger in person than it looks in the photos.
Otium was also a very helpful and responsive host, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay.
Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay and we would absolutely come back. Highly recommend!

Fue difícil entrar al complejo el guardia llamo y no consiguió al personal dure como 30 minutos esperando,luego no podía entrar cuando marque el código para entrar al edificio, tuve que entrar cuando otra persona abrió la puerta,luego la indicación de la habitación estaba mal decía entra en el elevador a la derecha y era a la izquierda,cuando llegamos a la habitación indicada no era esa,caminamos en dirección contrario en el piso y por fin logramos entrar en la habitación,duramos más de una hora mi esposa y yo,el lugar es bonito pero tienen que mejorar para entrar y las indicaciones para entrar en la habitacion
We had an amazing stay
We had an amazing stay! Since it was a newer Airbnb without reviews, we were a little skeptical at first, but it completely exceeded our expectations. The place matched the listing perfectly and was exactly as described. It was easy to find, super convenient, and close to so many things in the area. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to future guests!

Our family of 7 spent 8 days at this beautiful Villa. Everything was great, from the moment we stepped in until we checked out. What I liked the most was the privacy we experienced. For the entire week we had the pool to ourselves and the beach which is a nice walk through the golf club was also amazing as it was very private with no one on the beach so it really felt that we had everything to ourselves. The villa itself was beautiful as well, well equipped and it offered amazing views from any window or balcony! Very pleased with the experience. Whenever we decide to go back, this will definitely be the place to stay at!
