Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had access to all the things we needed and are grateful for that. The facility pool, gym and beach access were wonderful. I feel as though it is important to reiterate with residents who live within the facility that it is equally as important for them to be respectful us short term “renters” who pay to stay within these types of units, as it is for us to be respectful to them. My guest and myself were happy to abide by the rules, as we did throughout our stay, but found ourselves being harassed or feeling unwelcome a couple of times throughout our stay. Thank you for being so accommodating and accessible to us when we needed you. We are extremely grateful.

The apartment was great, it looked just like the photos plus more. The location is convenient with plenty of restaurants and bars. Walk just a few minutes and you’re at the beach and only 10 minutes from the airport. We would definitely stay here again!

GREAT place for a couple or tagging along with a friend SUPER cozy and GREAT location. And sweet set up got some games and game room and outside patio where you can lounge. Great spot only thing that's missing is YOU being there !

Place was in a great location. Gated with 24/7 security. Definitely a safe place and the actual building is also gated so that helps as well. It’s a small place but I find it perfect for a couple or if you are going alone .

I had a great stay here with 5 of my friends, our favorite part was the outdoor terrace. It was a very clean apartment and in a great location within Old San Juan. Host was attentive to all needs.

Location was great - right next to the beach and with a beach view. Parking was gated and had 24 hour security. Location on Ashford Ave was great - lots of close walking restaurants and bars. The place had a nice kitchen, bedroom and bars/stools were you could look out to the beach.
