The apartment location is great. It has beach access. Extremely clean. Communication with the host was excellent. The unit itself is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The paintings on the walls is great. Super chic and creative. Loved the Pac-Man arcade!

Perfect place for a couple to feel right at home. It was neat, clean, secure and the perfect size and had everything we needed and was also close to great amenities. Pool was nice and warm also. Would definitely re-visit against.

Great value for money. 10 mins walk to beach. 10 minutes drive to Old Sanjuan. Close to places that we were interested in spending time. The apartment was very clean. Loved the roof top setup. Host is very responsive.

If you want the amenities of a hotel but want to live like a local this is the place to be.

If you want the amenities of a hotel but want to live like a local this is the place to be. They pay attention to the smallest detail every thing from beach chairs and towels to a brand new kitchen sponge. This place is less than a minute walk to the beach, near great restaurants, the pool is nice and warm. I see people mentioned instructions were difficult but if you ready throughly it is easy to find. Great staff, Juan Miguel was the best! This will be my go to stay for when I come to PR.

Very very clean and tidy space. Pool was perfect and the area was quiet and secure. One thing to note, the beach is inaccessible from the property and you have to walk around a large fenced area to get to the waterfront. The provided snacks were great!

Easy check in with a good location in Condado . I wish they were TVs in the bedrooms but it was ok . Everything is in walking distance including the Beach .

Great location, responsive hosts, and a place big enough to accommodate our group of 8. Close to everything and easy to get in and out of the building. Hosts were extremely proactive and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. They even left out snacks, coffee, toiletries, and towels. Other reviews do comment on the noise, but when you’re in the middle of a busy tourist area, it’s expected. Would 100% stay here again - we all loved it!

Great location inside of gated community. key for pedestrian gate sticked in lock a bit and was tricky to lock and unlock, otherwise, everything was perfect and as advertised. would stay there again given the convenience and cleanliness of the apartment.

Me and Husband stayed here for our first out of the country experience with an Airbnb, and I'm really big on expectations for a place when I'm traveling, and literally Otium hit it out the park. It's not a hit or miss here and I appreciate that. Very well placed, gorgeous ocean views....opening up to the morning sun. Just stunning. Definitely can't wait to book again
