The apartment has a beautiful view to the sea from the bedroom

The apartment has a beautiful view to the sea from the bedroom and the apartment counts with a small fridge, microwave, pots, dish detergent, sponge, and a variety of items to visit the beach nearby. When I encountered a problem, I contacted Otium, via whatsspp, and they send team members to solve the problem as soon as possible. The laundry room is free of charge and is available 24 hours. The apartment is located in a prime area surrendered by multiple restaurants, in the San Juan area and Carolina area.The supermarket is within a walk distance.

This place was so amazing!! Created so many new memories. It can be scary booking an Airbnb not knowing what you’ll get. But trust me this place offers everything that’s advertised. Extremely clean and felt like home. I didn’t want to leave. While on vacation we had a national blackout. However, the host made sure to bring waters and flashlights and updated us every day. Once the power came back it felt like home once again and truly I wish I could stay longer. Will be coming back for sure.

The pool and beach access was the best part of the stay. The pool was clean and great temperature. The beach located in the backyard of the community was amazing. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. The AC and water pressure was good. The restaurants near by were not that great. We went out almost every meal but the Ubers were reasonable.

I loved staying here and cant wait to come back. Janice was such a great host and quick at answering messages even before our arrival! If the place was missing something we needed she even quickly had it deliver to us, which was highly appreciated! The place was really cute, clean and the bed was AMAZING!!! Me and my boyfriend always have a hard time falling asleep / sleeping through the night and we got the best sleep EVER here! Although it's by a busy street, you cant hear outside noises which we were surprised about and it was just perfect. This location is close to everything and the food by is amazing! Our favorite places to eat near by ( less than 10 mns away ) Tostado , Pannes, anywhere in Piñones for breakfast/lunch. Cayo Caribe and Cocina Abierta for dinner and for icecream Señor Paleta! Anitas icecream in Viejo San Juan was also AMAZING!!! Viejo San Juan is 15 minutes away and even though we rented a car to go to El Yunque ( 45 mns from there ) and far beaches, they have a beautiful beach on back of the airbnb and other close by ones you can easily just uber to! As of covid, they are extremely Covid precocious so be prepared to show your covid results during check in and wear a mask everywhere. Restaurants and stores all check your temp before you walk in which was new to us coming from Orlando but also great. Thank you for everything Janice! Cant wait to be back :)

Looks just like the photos. Due to trees the pool gets pretty messy but gets cleaned. 5 minute walk to the beach. Conveniences stores close by. 20 min ride from Old San Juan
