Our host was incredibly welcoming and communicative throughout our stay. They provided a thorough guide to local hotspots, restaurant recommendations. The place was spotless when we arrived, with fresh linens and towels. The Airbnb had all the amenities we needed, from high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning to beach towels and chairs. We couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb experience. It was the perfect home base for exploring Puerto Rico and provided a comfortable and relaxing place to return to after a day of adventures. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to experience Puerto.

This was my first time going to Puerto Rico and Otium did not disappoint! The place looked EXACTLY like the pictures. It’s a clean tiny apt and it was perfect for my friend and I. I was by myself for a few days and even then I felt safe. I felt like I was in my own place. Just very comfortable. The waves from the sea were so relaxing, especially at nighttime and early in the morning. The neighbors were friendly. You can find food and an amazing coffee shop on the same strip. The highway was easily accessible. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I will be back for sure!!😊
We love The Weekender!
We love The Weekender! It was our second time staying and it did not disappoint. The interior and exterior design is gorgeous. Our room was beautiful and clean. The location is great. You can easily walk to many popular destinations. The staff is great. We will definitely stay there again and have recommended to all our family and friends.
This is such a cozy and cute place
This is such a cozy and cute place—both the apartment itself and the area around the pool! It’s clear a lot of thought was put into decorating everything and stocking the kitchen. It’s near Ashford Ave and the beaches so you’re close to everything you need. If an issue arose, the Otium team was quick to respond (within a few minutes)! One thing we’ll note is that parking isn’t guaranteed if you’re coming back later in the day since there’s only three spots. But it’s still worth the stay!

Our flight to DC was delayed by a couple of days and we had to find a place to stay. Booking this stay was super easy and there was always a fast communication with the host Kyara! For our short stay we loved this place. I will say it’s not super sound proof, we could hear our neighbors moving things and walking around but if you don’t mind this like us it should be a comfortable stay. The bed was sooo comfy though!

I enjoyed my stay here! I had to stay 3 additional nights in Puerto Rico due to my canceled flights and this was an easy book especially at 9 p.m. The host was super responsive and was super friendly trying to help me with my stay and made sure everything was great. This was my first Airbnb booking and couldn’t be any happier!

This place was one of our favorite stays on the island. It’s very convenient to everything. The home is very beautiful and spacious. It met our needs for everything we needed. Communication was really quick and the host made us feel very comfortable and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. We felt safe here.

Fantastic experience overall. Front desk wasn’t there when we got there, but after asking around we found him. I think there is some remodeling going on in the back kitchen. Beyond that, beautiful room, gorgeous pool area and amazing surroundings!!!! Will definitely go again in the future. Anyone that goes would not regret it 🤩

The room was clean and the surrounding spaces (pool areas, bar, lounges, etc.) were well designed and comfortable. The location is close the beach and a local strip of bars and restaurants. We enjoyed the complimentary towels and beach bag. The 4pm check-in was inconveniently late, especially compared to other airbnbs in the area that largely trend towards a 1pm or 2pm, 3 pm (at the latest) for check-in. They did offer an earlier bag drop, but this didn’t help us much. Overall, this is a clean and comfortable spot that is conveniently located near the airport.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Otium’s penthouse. Although the stay had a somewhat rocky start because the apartment had not yet been cleaned until nearly 2 hours after the check-in time, this was quickly overlooked given how well-kept the apartment was and how wonderful the location is, just minutes from the beach. Overall this was a fantastic place to stay and explore all that Puerto Rico has to offer! It is very close to wonderful restaurants, historical sites, and a quick 200 meters to the beach. The apartment also has a lovely large terrace with string lights, which we enjoyed at night and during our morning coffee. The staff was also very proactive in making sure everything was going well. We would absolutely stay here again!

I just wanted to take a moment to share our recent experience at The Weekender—we had an amazing time! The location is absolutely perfect and exactly as portrayed in the pictures. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance, and for places that were a little further away, Ubers were quite affordable and no more than $13. I also can’t say enough about the staff. They were incredibly polite and responsive, making sure our space was impeccably clean throughout our stay. It was such a relief knowing we could reach out to them anytime, and they’d respond promptly. Just a small heads-up about parking—it can be a bit challenging since it’s on a residential street, but that’s a minor detail compared to the overall experience. We truly appreciated the WiFi availability and always having clean towels on hand. We’ll certainly be looking to book another stay in the future!
