We had a really good time during our stay. The experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Orlando, one of the hosts, was great—super friendly and pretty cool to talk to. The rest of the staff was also very attentive and always around if you needed anything, which made the stay feel easy and comfortable. Definitely recommend!
The apartment is very nice
The apartment is very nice, however, the arrival experience was terrible. They never sent us the code to pick up the keys, they didn’t answer messages or phone calls. We waited outside for almost an hour until a tenant did us the favor of contacting the manager. Likewise, to return the keys upon departure, the code was incorrect. They should be more careful. For a moment, we thought we had been scammed.

We had a great stay with our family of four. Great location and building – quiet neighborhood but right in the center of everything we wanted to do. Highly recommended!
Very clean room and property!
Very clean room and property! Check in was effortless, due to delayed flight we got in after 1am and security had my name on a sticky note prepared for our arrival. As far as amenities, there is a gym on property, there is no microwave if you’re a late night eater, laundry mat in the area if you need one, restaurants, Walgreens in walking distance, easy for uber to find as well. I read other reviews that said parking was limited, but I didn’t drive down there so that wasn’t an issue. Natures sound is beautiful for me. I traveled from Monday-Thursday the music near the bar didn’t bother me at all. I stayed in Casita 3 right in front of the pool never went in the water felt cold. So I had no clue that I had to put a sign on the door for house cleaning, the sign was two sided one side says shhh do not disturb and the other side said please clean. So my room wasn’t cleaned from Tuesday-Thursday. Tried to do a late check out but they booked our room, but they offered to hold our bags!

Exceeded all expectations! 10/10 From the lily pond in the front to the perfect sized pool towards the bar, you’ll get to enjoy a drink at multiple chill points. I was impressed with all amenities even the sounds of the native coquí! Makes you feel like you’re hanging in the rain forest! Great service and overall experience! Highly recommend!

The Weekender by Opium is THE place to stay
The Weekender by Opium is THE place to stay if you want to be in walking distance to beach, bars, restaurants, and everything in between! When you enter its oasis, you feel comforted and right at home. The staff was always attentive, friendly and helpful in every way! Will def be back!
The Airbnb is really good
The Airbnb is really good, very central, lots of food places nearby, quiet, the beach is literally next door and very comfortable. Stay here, you’ll have a great time

I stayed at this hotel for my birthday and absolutely loved it! (#1)The employees were super super nice. I stayed in casita #3, which I recommend because it’s literally right in front of the pool. Secondly, The hotel is very beautiful and gives very much villa vibes, it’s 10 min walk to beach plus they have a bar .. They even sent out texts for a free shot one day that we were there. Loved that! Overall, 10/10 highly recommended. Area is near lots of things to do, scooter and walk accessible.

My otium host Kyara was incredibly communicative and responsive and overall the apartment was wonderful! Incredibly spacious and clean and the location was wonderful, just a short distance from a lovely beach and great snack and food spots. Thank you again for making our stay so wonderful!
What I liked the most is the location
“What I liked the most is the location, close to restaurants, supermarket, etc., the area is very safe and the best thing is the private access to the beach, the night view of the city is spectacular. Communication with hosts was always very prompt and friendly. The only thing I would emphasize is that they change the digital lock, since when we checked in it didn’t open, but there was a young man who worked in the apartment and helped us enter, so the other days we preferred to use only the key that was inside, so as not to have problems with the other lock. One thing to note is that there was no oil and very little salt left, so we had to buy it (in the ad it says it’s included), there were no glasses or dishwashers, which I consider to be basic things for an Airbnb. Apart from those details, the apartment is just like the photos, very comfortable, the building has a large pool and a well-equipped gym.

Great house for a big group of us.
Great house for a big group of us. Master bedroom with an en suite, another bathroom, and two bedrooms with two double beds each (5 double beds total). There was also an air mattress in the closet and a couch. 2 minute walk from the beach, walkable supermarket and pharmacy, nice pool. The kitchen was well equipped for our short stay, and there were lots of towels provided.

Enjoyed a great stay at this location. The pictures matched the actual villa. Loved the patio’s and views to the golf course. Relaxing views to the ocean as well. Kitchen was well stocked and all the appliances worked well. All of the bedrooms were spacious and the master bathroom was very nice. The space in the villa is fantastic as our boys had plenty of room and our daughter enjoyed her own space as well. There’s an open family area when everyone comes together. Felt safe and secure in this villa and at this property. The pool is nice and convenient to the villa. Fantastic restaurants within a 5-15 minute drive. Also a very convenient location to El Yunque(the rainforest). Will definitely return to this location and work with the responsive Otium team.
My group of 6 and I had the time
My group of 6 and I had the time of our lives here. Yes the drive up is a little hectic but you’re in the mountains what can you expect! Definitely recommend getting all your Airbnb essentials/food before going up the mountain and the closest stores are like 10 minute drive but again it’s a mountain lol. Everything was as pictured. Communication was a little confusing since they use a property management company with different people answering but over all they always went over and beyond to help us and for that were so grateful. Both early and late check in/out were available and were so grateful since we had early in and late flights out. The ONLY negative we can say is the lack of kitchen essentials like ( basic salt/pepper extra trash bags, kitchen towels to dry plates ) wish there were more pool towels since we were 7. But again nothing that was worth not giving this a 5/5 We left essentials that we didn’t use or finish and hope they keep them for the next guests!

It was a beautiful place , we celebrated our wedding ceremony there and our host was amazing! We will definitely be back!
Everything was lovely!
Everything was lovely! Only thing would be we asked for new towels and trash bags, but never received them. The pin to enter the unit didn’t work either, but we were able to get help and get inside the unit right away. Place is walking distance to a lot of places and Condado beach!

Overall, this was a clean and accessible place to stay. Newly updated and modern. However, the ad is a bit misleading as we were all under the impression the private pool was solely connected to the unit and were unaware there were other guests in different rooms who could access it. That said, it wasn’t an issue and it was very quiet on the property. Other than some minor issues like no hot water in the shower or the key pad to the door and parking spaces not working, it was a nice stay.
