This listing is excellent for a group of people .. very spacious. Large bedrooms. Strong Wi-Fi. Outdoor private patio. Large living room. Strong air conditioning . The host was very friendly with responding to my questions.. checkin process virtually is a lot of steps With confirming emails and a selfie also a Credit Card authorization?? Which was a first for me in over 250+ Airbnb bookings. But this Airbnb overall I would recommend. It’s modern. Clean, the pool was fun. And thee best beds in the world !! Haha soo comfortable

Honestamente, las instrucciones fueron claras en cada paso y procedimiento. El entorno es agradable y limpio, con playas hermosas y una piscina que estaba súper limpia; además, la casa por dentro estaba impecable. Lo único que me dio problema fue el wifi: aunque me comuniqué con ella y me dio unos pasos a seguir (los cuales hice), el internet se conectaba pero no funcionó. Creo que lo único que podrían mejorar es la velocidad del wifi o algo similar. Fuera de eso, todas las indicaciones fueron claras, la casa estaba limpia y fresca. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí. 9/10, gracias por todo, Keysha. 🙂

The apartment was really nice, and communication with the host went smoothly. The location is great too – just a few steps to the water (though rocky) and the beach is close by, plus it’s convenient for getting around.
The only downside was the internet. I had read about this issue in other reviews and hoped it would be fixed, but unfortunately it wasn’t. Even after reporting it, the WiFi was extremely slow and basically unusable. If you really depend on having good internet, this place might not be the best choice.

The place was great close to beautiful beaches. Walkable distance to stores and restaurants. The view from the room was breathtaking. The only thing we didn’t like was the extremely hot water in the shower. It was either too hot or too cold. Overall the place was nice and clean and the host responded to all of our questions.
Great place in a really good area
Great place in a really good area!! We did a small girls’ trip here, and Amelia made sure we had everything we needed for every day of the trip. The location was perfect for exploring as well as morning running. Markets are close by for groceries, and the kitchen was fantastic.

Not my first time to Puerto Rico and definitely not my last
Not my first time to Puerto Rico and definitely not my last. We over all enjoyed our stay. I had certain issues with the home. When we first arrived we messaged the host to let her know we had arrived as she didn’t send any check in instructions. Luckily another guest was staying on the property and atleast let us in the gate. After that we NEVER heard from her. From 4pm check in til today when we checked out. I had to contact CUSTOMER SERVICE to get into the unit. We waited almost 3hrs to get in after a 6hr travel day. The unit is smaller in real life but perfect for two guests. Throughout the stay MOLD was appearing on the walls. There is no ventilation in this unit. The walls and floor were sweating, even with the AC on. Mold started growing on them. By the time we checked out it was everywhere. There isn’t a window to open. Overall the stay was lovely. Great location, the pool was wonderful. Wish I could add pics to show what we saw.
Had to book a last minute Airbnb
Had to book a last minute Airbnb. This particular location was perfect if you need a place that is right by the beach, has a pool, good views of the city, and overall a comfortable atmosphere. Host was really responsive and was on it when reaching out! I personally recommend it for anyone 🙂

The stay and host was amazing. The location is perfect right near the airport, beach, restaurants, etc. Everything was nice and clean plus the pool was a nice perk after a long day in the sun. I highly recommend staying here.

The place was great the host was good too. One con would be that it says there’s a balcony but there wasn’t but other then that the place was perfect I would stay again.

El alojamiento estuvo muy bien y tam cual la descripción. La zona es muy segura y cerca de la playa.
El unico inconveniente fue la conexión a Internet que es muy lenta y se caía con frecuencia. Deberían mejorar esto, ya que nuestro viaje fue de negocios y era muy importante una buena conexión.

Me and my friends visited Puerto Rico for the first time and wanted to make sure to have fun and be safe. This place is located walking distance from the beach and restaurants. It was very clean and quiet.
The view was absolutely amazing
The view was absolutely amazing. It was walkable to many shops and restaurants. The pool and beach were spectacular! The thermostat was very confusing and the condo did not stay cool. The sliding glass door was very hard to open and close. The towels were very tiny. The beds were comfortable and the beach chairs were nice. The closets needs more hangers and the lighting in the rooms was very poor. The power went out for a few hours and there were no flashlights or lanterns provided and no fans were provided so it was very hot in the condo. The host was very responsive and the condo overall was nice. The value was good. Just some updating was needed. The neighbors were extremely nice and helpful!

The remotes inside were all also with dead batteries. I had to switch the batteries every time for the lights, the tv and the Ac. Kyara welcomes you generously. The place is great and worth every penny., the views are beautiful and the sound of the ocean at night relaxes you. The bed is great and we got our rest every night. Apartment is so spacious that being in a wheelchair is not easy to move around but the space inside the apartment is great for the wheelchair. The administrative manager of the complex had to address an issue with a the handicap ramp into the building that was blocked by a guest, but the issue was temporarily resolved so I can use the ramp during my stay.
One point that I will mention is that the unit is on second floor and there’s an elevator with a generator as backup when the power is out.
I’ve already forwarded the link to my family and friends to promote the apartment.
I know that we will return to this facility to enjoy a great vacation.

Being born and raised on the island Kyaras’ place made me feel right at home
Being born and raised on the island Kyaras’ place made me feel right at home! The sounds of the ocean at any given time really make you feel like you’ve escaped reality and can put your mind at peace. Everything was exactly as advertised and access was seamless. This home is tucked away enough to where there was absolutely no noise other than nature, but at the same time a short hop away from some great restaurants, panaderias, bars and views. I’d even recommend this stay to my family from Dorado for a short west-coast getaway. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to the host and team. You’ve made visiting with my girlfriend and showing her my home, that much more memorable ❤️

Great Host ! conveniently located in San Juan near everything u can literally take an uber everywhere it’s will be $4-10 max depending although i did rent a vehicle be advised that the parking lot is shared with two other hotels in wich this stay is NOT apart of so parking js $35 a day an yes u can go in an out as u please but u must validate it every time u are exiting . other than that the view is amazing lots of nearby walkable amenities great place to stay .

El alojamiento de Kyara estuvo espectacular. El apartamento es muy bonito, tal cual como aparece en las fotos: cómodo, totalmente equipado y con una vista hermosa a la laguna desde el balcón. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del Viejo San Juan, Condado y Distrito T-Mobile. Kyara fue muy atenta con la comunicación en todo momento. Lo recomiendo 100% y definitivamente me volvería a quedar.
