Overall a beautiful experience. Location is prime, close to the beach, restaurants, bars, as well as activities. Host was responsive with any questions/concerns we had, even being available late night. Inside was clean upon arrival and all amenities listed were available. Beach chairs were provided, which we found as a huge plus. Overall highly recommend this property.

The location was sweet
The location was sweet. It was centrally located in a fun area, and the ocean view was outstanding, as was the beach. Comfy accommodations, mostly (the bed was a bit uncomfortable for our preference) The check-in process was comprehensive. Would have been better to receive the instructions a day or two prior to check-in We ran into a hiccup as we arrived exhausted; and at night in a strange place. We ended up calling the rental place in another state multiple times. When we finally got into our unit nearly an hour later, the air conditioner was crazy loud and whining at a torturous sound level. No way we could stay in our unit that night. It took more time via messenger and email to try to convey our issue. Then we were informed the air conditioner was broken-(no kidding-hello!) We finally gave up after they emailed to send us to some other random property that we would have to navigate late at night. We had to find another place and ended up in this cute space where the owner came out and HELPED us in person! That would have been nice if Otium Rental had hooked us up with the local property manager, to begin with. The end of this saga is the property manager was finally informed and was super gracious and accommodating. from that point on. We did not get ANY compensation for the huge inconvenience or the fact we did not get to use our room. It is for this reason we will not be returning.

Very satisfied with this airbnb. I stayed here during spring break 2024 with seven of my friends, and we had a great experience. The hosts are super responsive and nice. They even left coffee and snacks in the kitchen that we were take advantage of during our stay. They also gave us beach towels and beach chairs which came in super handy as well. The airbnb is in a good location, located about a five minute walk away from Condado Beach and is walking distance from lots of restaurants. The unit comes with a master bedroom located on the left side of the unit, and two other bedrooms on the right. The living room is also located on the left side of the house, which contains the sofa bed. Everything met our expectations but the only thing that surprised me was the sofa bed. We were expecting a sofa that pulled out into a bed, but the sofa bed seemed to only function as a bed. There were plenty of chairs to sit in despite the bed in the middle of the common room though.
The location was perfect!
The location was perfect! It was blocks away from the beach! You could literally walk down the street and you were right there on a real good part of the beach! The cleanliness was excellent! Everything was in its place upon arrival at the location with a fairly smooth check-in process. As I was there, I was already making plans to return with my wife and another couple as it could be the perfect location for two couples! There was another occupant staying in the adjacent unit of us, but there were no issues of any sort. It was a “first come first serve” to pulling in the vehicle and leaving it straight back versus maneuving one (we had a mid-sized truck) into one of 3 parking spots (it was a tight squeeze but we made it happen). Looking forward to visiting Puerto Rico again, and I would love to stay at this location in the future if I’m staying in the San Juan area!

Had a great stay here! The king bed and couch were super comfortable and the arcade machine was a fun addition! The place looks exactly like the photos. Having beach towels included was also a plus. Check in and check out was super easy and quick. The host was always super responsive and friendly. And the area is very walkable to Walmart, La Placita, etc and a quick Uber ride to Old San Juan and Condado.

Good value for money. What I loved: – The kitchen was very well stocked. Even had some granola/cereal that I didn’t eat, but that was unexpected. Had a stove, coffee maker, pots, pans, microwave, bottled water, lots of plates, bowls, and cutlery. What else can you expect? – The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was very responsive and could go down to arctic temperatures. – The bathroom was clean and had a small tube of toothpaste, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. What I liked: – The location is okay. I wouldn’t recommend walking alone at night, but it’s a 5-minute walk from a large Walmart. – There was no hot water, but the shower has its own mini-heater that gets it warm enough Other notes: This is ideal for a solo traveler but manageable for 2 people. The bathroom is tiny. Sitting on the toilet seat, you’re looking into the sink. But for the price, you can’t beat it. I would recommend checking in during the day because the entrance door can be a bit of a hassle at night.

We stayed a week here! The value was great! The place is big which was perfect for our family of 4. The grounds are amazing! Many pools and the beach is gorgeous. Everything was clean. The hosts were very attentive and responded to my own mistake on how to get into the unit immediately. My only complaint was that the bed I slept on was not the most comfortable but other than that everything was perfect. Would definitely come again. Thank you!

We stayed in PR for a week and booked this place last minute. We had a rental car. It was gated within a gated community, so I felt extremely safe. The beach was a short walk away lined with multimillion $ homes. The neighborhood itself had beautiful homes as well and was a short drive or uber to multiple fun areas in San Juan. The space was bigger than expected and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts were extremely responsive and communicative. Anytime I stay in San Juan, I will be staying here! Pros: -great location -safe and private -free private parking -usable and private pool -no noise from other units in the building -comfortable bed -had beach items (chairs, tent, cooler, towels) -good and consistent wifi (was able to have a work meeting and was completely fine) Cons: – register through online bookings website in addition to air bnb. This multi-step process was a bit annoying – no kitchen seasonings (beside S&P) and oil – need to update pool amenities

We had a wonderful stay and would book this unit again. We loved Aquatika resort – nice pools and grounds! Gated community and private beach! It was quiet most of the time during our stay. Slept well. The management was responsive with any questions we had. Thank you!
Beautiful place
Beautiful place, however we paid for early check in and had to wait in a thunderstorm for nearly 45 minutes to get the reservation check in code. It was apparently sent but I didn’t get it until they called us. I loved the clean location, clean pool, and beautiful views and lots of great food places nearby.

Great experience! Loved the location and being able to walk everywhere. The host was also very easy to contact and helpful.
The perfect place to stay for the 4 of us!
The perfect place to stay for the 4 of us! The key was hard to find in the dark but security helped us find it. The place was incredibly spacious and had everything we needed, including toiletries and beach towels. Response time was usually less than an hour.
My friends and I loved the space
My friends and I loved the space. We rented the unit for 3 days, it was clean and organized. The gated community made us feel comfortable and safe. We absolutely would recommend. The only caveat which I was unaware of until we arrived at the property is that there are 5 flights of stairs to get to the unit and no elevator, with suitcases it’s not an easy task.

The place looks exactly like the pictures and the AirBnB was stocked with everything we needed. The host was very responsive whenever I had questions. Check-in and check-out instructions were very descriptive which was super helpful for first timers in PR. The BnB is not in a super walkable area although there are things nearby – expect a 10-20 minute walk or rent a car if possible. The host also gives a list of local attractions which was nice. Overall, the place was really nice and we enjoyed our stay.

The place was perfect for five people on vacation! The only downside is that there was no table where we could all sit at once. The area felt safe. Even walking back at night just girls we never had a problem! The best and quickest way to move around is with scooters but even walking and enjoying the street art of Santurce is very good! Loto 23 is super close and deserves to get checked out!
I was disappointed
I was disappointed it didn’t match the pictures. Outside seating was replaced by two metal chairs, no tables or cushions. The couch was replaced with a futon, but no sheets provided to use as a bed. Storm shutters outside the bedroom window were partially open which obstructed most of the view. Photos make the view look more spectacular than is, a large trailer takes up most of the view. Lastly, we were not provided keys. We would have to call them to buzz us in every time we wished to leave the apartment. They did accommodate us with a fob to the parking lot gate so we could park but we would have to exit the lot to phone our host to buzz us in. Overall place was clean and they provided a towel and washcloth for each guest. Experience was inconvenient but not terrible, I would stay here again if we are guaranteed keys. So we can gain access to the apartment and our personal items at our leisure. As well as provide us with a greater sense of safety and security.
It was a bargain
It was a bargain. Great location walking distance to beach and access to shopping, nightclubs, spas, casinos etc. Only problem we had was with the key getting stuck in the lock but the property manager took care of situation immediately. The battery was dead in the entrance remote but that was taken care immediately also.

All in all, a great spot to stay
All in all, a great spot to stay. You are not even 1 minute from the beach, so you can’t beat that! There’s also several nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment is simple but nice! The pool was a nice feature. The other guests in the complex were quite loud, often past quiet hours, but the hosts acted quickly to ensure they quieted down. Wifi was lacking, it was there and would connect but not strong enough for me to do my work. I had to use my mobile hotspot. I definitely would stay here again.

This spacious 9th story apartment in a safe, ocean section of Las Marias (sub-neighborhood of Santurce) was wonderful! Just 2 blocks from sidewalk/beach access to ocean & very walkable to conveniences in a safe area. Would definitely rent this place again, foremost for its wonderful accommodations and also for its price.

I had a great time staying at Otium Rentals. It was a short drive to Old San Juan, and within walking distance to many great cafes and coffee shops. The beach was also very nice and relatively private compared to other beaches we explored. We also felt very safe with the location as it was a gated street.

The apartment itself was clean and location ideal however the few issues addressed was resolved relatively quickly by Optium with exception that we were not provided with keys because previous guest lost them made it difficult to enter the building.

Otium was super responsive and accommodating. We were able to check into the apt easily and the apt was right in front of the pool. The apt was clean and we had fresh towels and all the amenities we needed. The cleaning staff came daily to clean other apts in the area and they were also super friendly and helpful. Definitely a nice quiet area with other tourists. The location was close to the airport and close to Old San Juan. It was easy to get everywhere. Would definitely recommend.
