The Airbnb was in a great location – not too loud, yet close enough to restaurants and the beach. The place was great for two people. While the bathroom is a bit small and we had some issues with consistent hot water, the host had responsive, helpful communication and check-in was very easy!

The unit was clean upon arrival and set up as described. It has three bedrooms, including a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower. The location is excellent—about a 5-minute walk to Condado Beach, close to great restaurants, and roughly a 12-minute walk to La Placita for nightlife.
There were a few issues that impacted the stay. Water from the king bathroom shower leaked into the bedroom, with a similar (but less severe) issue in the second bathroom. The listing mentioned balcony access, but after check-in we were informed this unit does not have one. Wi-Fi was also unreliable throughout the stay.
On the final day, the power went out around 1:00 PM and was not restored by late evening. This resulted in no AC, limited lighting, unsecured building access, and no way to charge phones, making the last day largely unusable.
Overall, most issues were manageable, but the timing significantly affected the end of the stay
Still I gave this a 4 out of 5 starts

The location is very walkable and surrounded by a lot of restaurants and markets. Not the most trendy area but very close to a beach and great for a day where you won’t be doing a lot of exploring. The place is very newly renovated and very clean. The hosts are so fast to respond when we had questions and there are three spots for parking should you have a rental car. Our unit had three bedrooms and every room has its own air conditioning unit.

The apartment is spacious and served all of our needs. The location is great, about 5 mins walk to the beach and <10 mins from several great restaurants. It was also a quick uber to downtown San Juan. The host was extremely responsive and accommodated our requests for more blankets and late check in. A solid place to stay, would recommend!
A beautiful modern house with all the amenities
A beautiful modern house with all the amenities. Perfectly located for quick access to all the best beaches and restaurants in Aguadilla and Isabella. A bonus for military and veteran renters is that it’s just two blocks from the USCG Exchange. Otium’s check-in instructions made my check-in so easy, and its representatives were very responsive and friendly when I reached out with questions. I’m looking forward to a return visit.

Their responses are complete and timely and absolutely prompt.
No matter what my questions were they answered almost immediately at any time of the day or evening.
That is simply amazing.
Puerto Rico has a history of power outages and other things.
Completely out of anyone’s control.
Even with that things went smoothly.
The place is as described and is perfect for what it’s intended purpose is.
The kitchen is well appointed with new appliances, cutlery and dishes.
It pays to do your own shopping and cook in the room.
A major supermarket is only a couple of blocks away.
There are wonderful places to eat all along the local Street and beyond.
The location is great it’s a short ride from the airport.
An Uber works really well whereas you don’t really need a car depending on your travel plans.
The place is ideal for solo or a couple. There is a futon but I never used it.
Nice shower as well.

Pochi minuti a piedi e sei in spiaggia e volendo in 15 minuti sei a Condado…
Colazione spartana, ma noi ci siamo divertiti a fare self-service…. Mi sento comunque di consigliarlo, anche se la struttura non è delle più moderne e le foto sono un po’ fuorvianti rispetto alla realtà.
Negative:
Forse il rapporto qualità prezzo….Probabilmente a San Juan i prezzi sono questi…. paragonabile a due stelle italiano.

My family stood here and it was amazing! Couldn’t complain. The area felt very safe to be around. The house was well equipped with towels and kitchen supplies. I supermarket was 6 minutes away driving and very close to beaches around the area. Would recommend staying here.

The apartment itself seems a bit old / outdated. Some of the towels provided looked a bit old as well, and there is an extra charge to rent more towels. There is also a sleeper sofa advertised as a bed, but the bedding for it is extra as well. Overall, okay experience that could be improved with fresh towels provided and a few updates.

Location made easy for my morning walk along the beach, very close to airport & Uber was less than $12. Also with in a few steps to a local supermarket. The room had a small refrigerator with ice box and microwave.
Negative:
No pool. But not a big deal since public beach was very close by.

The hotel is new, well maintained, and surrounded by a beautiful garden full of lush plants. There is plenty of space both for sunbathing and for relaxing in the shade, which makes it easy to truly unwind. The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, only a 5-minute walk to the beach and just a few minutes from a lively street with many great restaurants and bars. The hotel provides beach towels and a beach bag, and you can also ask for beach chairs.
Negative:
On the downside, we stayed at the hotel for five nights and midway through our stay we placed the “please clean the room” sign on our door. After spending the entire day in the rainforest, we returned to find that the room had not been cleaned at all, towels were not changed and trash bins were still full, which was disappointing. Another drawback is the lack of any proper place to hang wet clothes, such as swimsuits or wet shoes after rainforest trips. Every evening until 10pm, music in the garden was playing, and since the speakers were located directly next to our room, it was quite disturbing. Additionally, local frogs create a very loud symphony throughout the entire night, even with earplugs, sleeping can be difficult, so I strongly recommend bringing good-quality ones. The only window in the room faces directly onto a walkway and the pool used by other hotel guests, so to have any privacy you need to keep the curtains closed, which means you’re basically without daylight. For me, this is a big downside.
Lastly, late check-out until 12pm is available for an additional fee of $75… However, you may leave your luggage at the reception free of charge.
