Three nights at Condado Lagoona following a trip to vieques. The property is clean and tidy with useful kitchenette if you were staying for longer periods. Location of property is great with balcony over looking the sea, can walk to Condado and old town although 30mins – hour but uber easy and affordable option.
Nice pool area to relax with jacuzzi although the bubbles on it were not working.
Overall, I would definitely visit again on my next trip to see friends in Puerto Rico.

This may be my favorite Airbnb to stay at in Puerto Rico. The location was perfect. It was 25 minutes to the beaches in Aguadilla and about the same to get to Rincon. Grocery stores and Walgreens were a 5 min drive away.
The apartment layout was great and it was nice to have a private balcony. The property is absolutely on the beach. So it has great views from the shared deck. There are plenty of other beaches that are more active within 30 mins, but this beach was pretty secluded and some days it was nice not to have to drive when I just wanted to be near the ocean.
I had no issue accessing the property and there was sufficient parking for all four units. There was a restaurant and a bar down the street from the property. The neighborhood was residential with what appeared to be a good bit of short-term rentals. I definitely felt safe. Will stay there again next time I visit the west side of the island.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is excellent — right by the beach, which made it really easy to get around on foot. The neighborhood felt safe and the gated entrance gave some extra peace of mind. Street parking was easy as well.
The space was clean and comfortable, and I used the kitchen a lot during my stay. It had everything I needed for cooking, which I appreciated. The only small thing to note is that you do need to carry the key with you to get in and out through the gate, but it wasn’t a big deal.
Overall, a great spot if you want beach access, walkability, and a quiet, secure place to stay. I’d definitely come back.

The place was great, exactly what you see in the photos. Super close to the beach and just a great spot to centre yourself at during a vacation in Puerto Rico. Would recommend!
You can’t beat the view at this place
You can’t beat the view at this place. The apartment itself was perfect size for me and my 11 year old. It was clean with all amenities needed. Host would respond immediately. We stayed for six days and the only thing I was missing were certain supplies. Traveling with kids you need some things for upkeep for those longer stays. Overall a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it. The view alone and location was 5 stars.

I was there for 6 nights and the power went out once, but was restored within 10 minutes.
I was surprised to receive a noise complaint before 10pm (their quiet hours are 10pm-8am), especially since my friend was out and I was reading in bed. I read later that they monitor decibel levels inside the apartment, so I wonder how accurate their devices are.
That said, I found it quiet and comfortable.

Our stay at Otium was absolutely lovely
Our stay at Otium was absolutely lovely. It was peaceful, especially the pool, which was so entangled with nature. It was charming and comfortable. The hot water in the shower didn’t work throughout but we made do and the outdoor shower was comfortable for rinsing off. The floors were a little dirty so we wore socks around the apartment.
Overall it was an INCREDIBLE spot, great location, close to Playita Del Condado!! Otium was very responsive and we felt right at home. Definitely worth a stay and worth your money. Thank you for incorporating nature into your architecture and for a lovely stay.

Loved this place and the view is stunning! Wish I had more time in the room to enjoy the view! Looks just like pictures and is very clean! Love that they provide beach towels, chairs, and a cooler! I had an issue because for some reason the automated check in instructions never sent but the host fixed it very quickly which was great!
This was the BEST space
This was the BEST space. The balcony overlooking the water was the perfect spot for morning coffee or a cocktail. The space was clean and the kitchen was so nice to have! Access to the pool was lovely, and everything was very walkable. Lots of great restaurants and beaches in a very close and walkable area. The space was very awesome and very space as they had to check you in each time. WILL STAY HERE AGAIN! Loved it – thank you!

My friend and I loved our stay at this property in old San Juan
My friend and I loved our stay at this property in old San Juan! We had some issues with the keys and lockboxes, and the host was very communicative and quick to send someone out to fix them. The property itself was extremely spacious and clean, perfect for 2 girls with lots of luggage who each want to have their own space! The property had one bed + one pull out couch and both were extremely comfortable. We felt what we had everything we needed and more for our stay! Great location in a super walkable and exciting area of Old San Juan, nicely tucked away on a quiet street near lots of bars and restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this spot to anyone traveling to San Juan! Great property, even better host!

With all the nightlife surrounding the home, it stayed quiet inside the home. A lot was worn but nothing was dirty. Host was very responsive and even provided activities to do in the area. Pop shot was a fun touch as well! Very nice stay all around.
