The place is in a convenient and safe location, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and the beach just a few blocks away. The apartment was immaculately clean, which was truly appreciated.
We had an issue with rough cooking pans, which we reported to the management, and in less than 20 minutes they were replaced and delivered to our door.
The only small observation I would make is that the pillows could be replaced, as they are a bit worn out. They didn’t have any odor, but they were somewhat flat. That said, this did not impact our overall experience with the host, as everything else, apart from this minor detail, was great.

Great room, location and parking with easy access to old city and Condado.

Clean room right off the lobby for quick access to the city. 24 hour guard. Secured parking right across the street from the hotel. Free coffee and snacks in the lobby for breakfast. Amazing price given the quality, location, breakfast snacks and parking.
Negative:
Tedious on-line check-in process requiring that I enter information on-line and take a picture of the front and back of my drivers license twice — make sure your mobile phone is charged and you have internet ! A little confusion at check-in on our room location requiring that I call their help number, but it all worked out fine in the end and everyone was nice. I would have rated this hotel a 10+ if their check-in process was easier.

The villa was amazing with a breath taking view . Looks exactly like the pictures ! Only thing to point out in the main house AC in all rooms but not the living room or kitchen area gets really hot some days ! Was amazing communicated Well !
It was exactly what I needed during the stay
It was exactly what I needed during the stay. Clean and comfy beds, equipped kitchen, quiet and in a good location. It was not that easy to find at first because the GPS was not taking me to the neighborhood where the main gate is. I wish it could have hot water in the shower, I could only get warm water after letting it run for several minutes. My other suggestion is to have more bedding available for the sofa bed in the living room. The 5 minute walk to the beach is accurate, although I’m under the impression that this is a beach you can go into the water, but views are nice. There are great cafes and restaurants around the area. Although I was not looking to use the pool during my stay, I noticed it was under maintenance. Overall, I’m satisfied and would recommend.

Me encantó el lugar, la zona es muy limpia, organizada y sientes que estás en un lugar privilegiado. Hay buenos restaurantes justo al lado, la playa está a cinco minutos a pie, las tres noches que estuvimos allá hicimos vida nocturna, salimos a bailar y fue muy seguro. A solo 12 min caminando llegamos a la placita que hay varios negocios para bailar según sea su gusto musical. No fue necesario rentar vehículo, con los Uber resolvimos muy bien para ir al viejo San Juan y otras zonas.
Con relación al apartamento, todo estuvo tal cual se describe. Limpio, Buenos Aires acondicionados. No hubo necesidad de escribirle al anfitrión a pesar de que nos daba seguimiento para asegurarse que estuviéramos bien. Volvería la próxima vez.
Lo recomiendo al 100%.
Another wonderful stay
Another wonderful stay, one must remember when visiting Puerto Rico weather can be rough especially up in the mountains at times causing issues beyond establishments control, as I was relaxing on the beach a couple staying in a 5 star Resort complained in conversation of having No Water, while LUMA tries their best , though some would disagree, what can be agreed upon is from arrival to departure 100% of effort is given to insure hospitality , comfortability and an enjoyable stay, if thinking otherwise, you’re narrow minded and should just stay home, where I’m certain you would still find fault. Come enjoy and relax , power outages will be re stored, or if unhappy go 5 Star w No Water, the choice is yours but I know my choice 7 times now looking forward to more. We had a great stay at this Airbnb near Condado beach
We had a great stay at this Airbnb near Condado beach! I stayed here with my family which included my 2 older sons and the place was comfortable, clean, and had plenty of space for us. The location is perfect — short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, supermarket, and everything you need, which made getting around super easy. The apartment was spotless when we arrived, the ACs worked great, and the kitchen was well equipped for our stay. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and check-in instructions were clear and stress-free. The pool was also as pictured very nice, quiet, and welcoming. This was our fifth stay in the area near San Juan and Condado and this Airbnb did not disappoint. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Perfect location in quiet neighborhood on the beach with private beach access. Pool was nice but I didn’t use it much. Walk 15 minutes left or right and you were in the middle of bars and restaurants. Pac-Man machine was good fun.
The Art Loft in Old San Juan was excellent
The Art Loft in Old San Juan was excellent. It was just as described in the description. It was so nice after traveling to step into a nice air conditioned space. Also very nice that it was on the first floor. The walls are covered with very nice framed poster artwork. The place is timed throughout and very clean. The location is very safe. We would stay again if visiting San Juan.

Check in was confusing . They did not tell me in the check in text there was a gate and code. The unit did not have a number on it and it was the only unlabeled building. They have 24 hour staff to contact so easy to get help but just silly they don’t have this stuff

The A/C breaker went off and the fan turns on but the compressor wouldn’t start. I reset the breaker and it started but it needs to be checked. Everything else was exceptional!

The apartment was a 2 level with three rooms, more than enough space for two travelers. It was cozy, great views, nice neighborhood, and a wandering cat who greeted us. It was down the street from everything we needed and every area we were interested in was no more than 20 minutes. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was fine, electricity and a/c were great. The kitchen had the necessities and coffee it was very nice and comfortable. You can hear the ocean and feel its breeze and it was so relaxing. Communication was great with hosts and let me know of a bathroom mishap before we arrived – which was fine anyway we really only used the upstairs area. I really liked the stay!

Parking us tight for an SUV, couldn’t park under the home but compact cars fit fine. We parked across the home which wasn’t an issue at all. We arrived at night so it was hard to tell which home was casa Brisa, I would recommend an additional photo on the posting. I wasn’t aware of the “heat knob” in the electric shower head so I was in cold water until I turned it up two levels in the shower and it was perfect. My bf didn’t like the spiral staircase due to our large luggage but I thought it was cute and different.
I would stay here and recommend others too!

We had a great stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was provided, which made the stay easy and stress-free. The location was perfect—convenient and close to everything, yet still quiet and relaxing.
The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out seamless. Overall, it felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area
Truly, an iconic stay
Truly, an iconic stay! The best location imaginable in San Juan. Short walk to El Morro and the cafes of Old San Juan. If I could give more than five stars, I would. The unit itself is inspiring with its color, vintage doors and vaulted ceilings. Excellent wifi for those who have to work. Host is so responsive and kind with a seamless and quick self-check in.

This property was great! Good neighborhood, easy to get to from the airport, close to Old San Juan, and lots of restaurant/bar choices nearby.
The pool was right outside of the apartment unit and we never had an issue with other building guests making the area feel too crowded.
Overall felt very safe and would definitely stay again!

This property is as beautiful as it is advertised. My wife and I stayed a few days to celebrate the new year and we got lost in the space. Super spacious. The decor, the old feel of old San Juan in the architecture was amazing. The bed was comfortable. The spiral stair case was a challenge but all in all it was a great stay. The hosts are what made it top tier tough. Check in was simple. We had a small issue with the hot water and they were super responsive and had a tech at the unit immediately. We asked for more towels and they were also dropped of immediately. Host did a great job staying in constant contact with us and offering hospitality the entire way. I was very very impressed.

The parking was a challenge but that just comes with the package when you stay in viejo San Juan. But we were lucky to still find parking close by every day.
Great location and the space is beautiful
Great location and the space is beautiful. Just had an issue with the water pressure the first few days but seemed to be addressed later in the stay. The host was easy to connect with and had great communication. The beach is a short walk down the street and is very private which we enjoyed. At night the area is gated off offering additional security. Overall great place and would recommend staying.

My wife and I really enjoyed this place. My wife originally stayed for a few days while visiting her parents. I can later and decided to book it for a few more days while I was there. This place certainly does not disappoint. There is so much space, and you feel right at home. My wife really enjoyed the large size kitchen. This location is so close to the airport and close to many places to eat and to the beach. Everything is within walking distance and in a safe environment. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. The host is excellent and very responsive.

The best parts were the host’s attentiveness and quick responses, and of course the location. I had a great stay here and will definitely book again. Highly recommend.
