“No TV in the master bedroom and the WiFi is a bit spotty nothing major.
The apartment is small but suitable for 3 guests, amazing pool. Once you leave out the house you look left to see the beautiful ocean. The Uber was $7 to and from SJU. Endless food options literally across the street!”
Suggestion: needs exterior lighting at night.

It was a great stay.
It was a great stay. We arrived a little late for our reservation due to a flight delay, and although at first the message service was a little complicated, then everything improved. They were incredibly kind with the situation: they allowed us to stay longer and were always available to help us with any inconvenience. It was a great experience! I would go back to this place!!!
This place is like a hotel room
This place is like a hotel room, does not give a Airbnb vibe. The place was clean and the balcony with the view is spectacular. We did like that they had washer and dryers on the property( for a fee) parking is not included. It is $35 a day for parking. There is no hot water. The water only gets lukewarm. After checking in contacting the host was very easy and very responsive. She did accommodate my needs. Thank you for everything.
Modern feel.
Modern feel. Small property. Attentive staff and they were all friendly. Oh my original room had a small issue and without me event seeing the problem, the woman that check me in on Tues the 15th @ 4pm( i forgot her name) long hair….upgraded my room. We really appreciated her taking matters into her hands and resolving it before it bacame an issue. WELL DONE. We’ll be back.
Overall Good for what you payed for.
Overall Good for what you payed for. The first time driving though it was a little hard to spot but it is directly across from the Salvation Army offices. Check in/lock box was easy. If your visiting for a concert at the choli it’s a good spot and uber was cheap due to the stadium being close by. The beds were comfortable and spacious, would recommend if two separate couples were looking for a place to stay. the only thing I wanted to mention is that one of the rooms (second one down the hall) has way more natural lighting coming in through the window shutters than the other one, so once it’s about 5 am the room is very bright and if you’re a light sleeper it might be something that could bother you. Besides that everything was good

I had a wonderful stay with them. Extremely peaceful close to everything. Great service and front desk lady’s as well. made sure we felt right at home. I’ll definitely be back

Overall it was an enjoyable stay. Nice view. Clean. Good location. Top floor and isolated balcony which was also nice. Only two small issues. The first was we couldnt get hot water in the shower. The second was the lock stopped unlocking one night. Thankfully the host was responsive despite it being late at night and was able to get us another set of keys. After some messing with the lock, we got it to work.

Apartment was beautiful! Staff was so friendly and helpful!! Host were also very understanding when my partner had a medical emergency! The entire staff helped and made me feel better. Thank you so much for the help
The condo itself definitely needs some work
The condo itself definitely needs some work, but it was overall a great experience. I definitely recommend this place. If you are going for your first time to PR; It’s in a good area, right by the beach. Very walkable to restaurants. There are always Ubers everywhere around here. It’s a very touristy place, but worth it for your first time. I loved that I was right by the beach. The condo has a small store and a laundry room and a marketplace! Definitely makes it worth it! The guards at the front were very nice and helpful. Only a couple mins away from old San Juan. Had a great experience here!
Came out here for my friends birthday trip
Came out here for my friends birthday trip & had an AMAZING time. Place was clean; the outside/pool area was my favorite part of the place! Looked exactly like the pictures, felt safe staying here and everything was walkable! Nice local restaurants nearby, beach also in walking distance as well as La Placita. Would DEFINITELY stay here again and recommend to anyone staying!

This place is very comfortable to stay in. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. It was an enjoyable stay. Just be warned that the stairs to get to the apartment are a bear especially with luggage and parking is extremely limited, just like the description says. But once you get past that, it’s really an awesome Airbnb

The apartment was clean, stylish, and well-equipped
The apartment was clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like beach towels, extra toiletries, and Wi-Fi. The host was responsive and welcoming, making check-in and communication super easy. If you’re looking for a peaceful, beachfront escape with all the perks of city living, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Overall, the property was clean and comfortable. We found the accommodations to be generally pleasant. However, the listing did not clearly indicate that the space was split into two separate buildings—each with two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a lounge area. This meant our group had to be divided, which was unexpected and a bit inconvenient. The photos and description gave the impression that it was a single, shared space. Aside from that surprise, we had a good stay and the host was responsive. Just be aware of the layout if you’re booking for a larger group hoping to stay all together.

We had a good overall stay during our 10 days in Puerto Rico. The location was great—close to the beach and supermarket—and the gated community made us feel safe. We also saw many tourists in the area, which was comforting. The host provided helpful extras like a beach chair, cooler bag, and umbrella, though the umbrella was unfortunately broken. There were a few issues: the A/C in the living room never got cold, and we only had hot water the first day, which made showering at night uncomfortable. We also had some ants near the entrance, and the power went out for a few hours one day, but the host was responsive. The pool was dirty at times, but we knew in advance that maintenance comes twice a week. Lastly, the fridge had a leak, and we had to use paper towels to manage it. Despite these things, we appreciated the stay and the host’s effort. Hopefully, this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.
